Thank you for the effort and accuracy. It's a great job! It will be a pleasure to be able to play this wonderful piece. Just one aside: don't you think that the mellotron chord in the last bar of the first page should be a B minor, instead of a G major? It sounds better to me. Thanks for the score!

Thank you! Yes, the chord you're talking about is actually a B minor, the lowest note it's an F# instead of a G! Thank you so much for pointing out the mistake and congratulations for your excellent musical ear!

Everyone should know of course that a Mellotron is nothing more than a sample machine. I want to know and have always wish to find out is where... they get the choir sounds from, a church choir singing those notes ? In Genesis tunes, there are only up to 7 chords they sing, so this wouldn't be something that a church or city choir would have too much difficulty doing. I just would love to know the source. And thank those ladies and gentlemen for singing these chorus chords. I'm sure it's cleaned up some with a Leasly speaker but still...just heavenly.

Thank you! The Mellotron choir sound is sampled note by note. If you want to make a chord, you have to play the note of the chord. The sample I used is called "8 choir", used for the first time on Mellotron M400 in 1970. This vocal ensemble has four males and four females in octaves. The female voices in the mix extend across the entire keyboard, but the male voices repeat in the last octave with the second octave. The original samples was recorded at IBC studios in London. I hope I understood well what I wanted to say. Thank you!
