Cam has put on a lot of muscle since this was filmed. Crazy how far he has come in the last few years. Lift Run Shoot and Keep Hammering Collective is playing in my truck often.

If the bulls ever band together and begin charging hunters after calling them in with bugles, we’re in trouble.

Practice, practice, practice....

Practice at longer ranges than you a willing to shoot an animal at. If you shoot 60-80 yards at practice, then those 30-45 yard shots at animals are simple.

What do you mean by "Ranch Bull"? He came from a ranch or that's just the name you gave him?
@philliplovesthwkiel5 жыл бұрын
Ranch Bull is the alpha bull of the area so to speak, the biggest and oldest bull around, Ranch standing for the area.

Not trying to indict or passing judgement, just sheer curiosity. But anybody knows if the arrows he uses are prepared with some kind of poison? I mean a big animal like that going down from just one shot?
@rmef6 жыл бұрын
+Maximilian Nowak it’s very common for animals to go down with one shot. Ultimately, that is the goal of every hunter: a well placed shot that puts the animal down in as ethical a way of possible.
@flush_entity6 жыл бұрын
A shot in the heart, they start running. The heart pumps the blood out the wound. They go down in a few.
@TheNickJonathan6 жыл бұрын
He used a 90pound arrow sometimes the arrow goes all the way through the animal plus hes really a good shot so he never misses the heart

@rmef6 жыл бұрын
Shear willpower, pain, and a good pack.... Some aleve never hurts either.
@billryan87212 жыл бұрын
In the region he's in, it's done with a pickup with a large spool of rope/cable in the bed and yarded out if possible. If you don't have that.....pull your pant up and get after it.

I like your episodes, but I do think there is not enough respect for the animals killed. The way Jody sais "we're gonna call the sucker in" is just a lac respectful. I know you guys are hella hunters but you should still thank the animal for the food it will give u and not only go for the trophy pic. And im ready for the comments but remember this is just my opinion. Just as I think that hunting is not a sport, its a discipline. In a sport both teams/players are aware that they are participating.
