Proud to say that I am one of the owners of Tuai Residence. Have been impressed with the developer’s vision and thought process since visiting the show unit, and the decision to purchase was a no-brainer. After watching this podcast, I am assured that I have made the right decision. Fantastic work as usual, Sean! And to James, keep up the good fight and we will support you👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I visited the Tuai sales gallery in the first week it opened during last year's MCO. I was in the process of looking to buy my first home, contemplating between my preferred locations either in PJ or Bukit Jalil. I currently live in Klang. After visiting other properties and then going to Tuai, I met James who then said he's the CEO of the company developing Tuai. I thought wow, very rare for the head of a company taking time to meet potential customers. Visited the gallery again with my partner and we were sold on the property. I hope your vision can be realised not only in future developments but becomes the foundation of the housing industry moving forward. Kudos

Hello, thank you for the information and I really admire how you actually engage to the customers even after you hand over the key to them . I heard stories from my friend that bought properties that were still building and have defects here and there. I'm trying to say in the nicest way possible but nothing can be perfect once it is build but the issue is the support team they have is not very strong. Honestly, at the end of the day all they want is just an explanation and answers and my friends are not getting them and were left hanging. My clients (yes I am an agent and still a baby in this industry) now don't want to buy projects because of this and they prefer sub-sales property and also a bit scared to sell projects. :(

Thanks for another great segment. Mr James' personal beliefs and community oriented approach are well manifested in his company's projects. In today's world , it is not easy to find such a developer that looks at its customer from a humane point of view. The good news here is that it is now a buyer's market.

@@xjamestan Mr. James , the reason why I like what you are doing is because you are basically operating at a very philosophical level. Your ability to manifest the essence your personal beliefs and philosophies into something that is concrete like your condo project is definitely not something that many people can do; what more in a industry where it is famous for unethical practices. Your projects are actually an extension of yourself and a part of you will definitely be in your all your projects, even when you are no longer around.

I placed a deposit for Tuai for 1.2k sqft (3 rooms), because of the house layout and the toilet is HUGE!!/ quality materials and the low maintenance fee despite the low density. Is almost perfect, unfortunately i have to withdraw the deposit. Given the fact that I have 2 very young kids in the house , and my wife says there is no store room for us to keep our stuff (To store Diapers/Kids toys/ Strollers/ Vacuum cleaners/ Mops/Ladder etc)..... So we needed to look for a 3+1 instead of 3 rooms, understand you need to design it as wheel chair friendly, hence Tuai cant accommodate additional utility room. So, we proceeded to buy Setia City Residence also 1.2k sqft and the layout is 3+1.

Visited Tuai.... Don't understand why the car park is 30 metres walk away from the lift lobby ... And this is for senior living etc.... Anyone can share why?
@xjamestan3 жыл бұрын
It is more important for us to place the resident lounge, communal dining, playground, gym pool etc closer to the lift lobby, and on the same floor so that residents bump into each other all the time. The Carpark became less important. We have units with carparks closer to the lift lobby. Thanks :)
@catkucing34683 жыл бұрын
Totally agreed. People don’t bump into each other in the car park hence the design is this way to improve the communication btw residence. The only bad part is when u really need to go to the toilet to do ur big business and it’s going to be hell. But I guess building an extra toilet at the car park area would solve the problem
