I struggled with weight loss until I met Dr. Berg. It's been a year of liberation...30kgs down and well maintained. One year down the line 😊 Food is our greatest enemy. No diet but eating clean food. 😅

It's actually super easy to calculate your BMI. All you need is your height and weight. Think of it like a magic formula to get a general idea of your weight category. Here's the trick: BMI = weight (in kilograms) divided by height squared (in meters). Don't worry, you won't need a calculator wizard degree. There are tons of free online BMI calculators - just search for "BMI calculator" and they'll do the math for you. Now, as for the "correct" BMI, it's a bit more like a range. Ideally, you want to be in the healthy weight zone, which is generally between 18.5 and 24.9. But remember, BMI is a starting point, not a golden rule. Here's why: Muscle is denser than fat, so someone super muscular might have a high BMI even though they're super healthy. That's why it's always a good idea to chat with your doctor about your BMI and what a healthy weight range looks like for YOU.
