Nah, initially when he said "who's your dentist" it was a compliment (she had the whitest teeth there, and his body posture and verbal execution was complimentary instead of combative when he asked). Then she said "definitely not you" which was laced with contempt (she did not need to say that as he's the one asking and everyone knows he isn't her dentist. Also, the tone, bodylanguage and general delivery suggested it was an insult). He then turned his compliment into a jab by saying "I know it's definitely not me". Notice how he paused before he said "I know it's definitely not me", because he was taken aback by the fact that she took his initial compliment as an insult, so the drastic change in environment took a while for him to absorb and react to. Obviously a lot of what he said showed arrogance, no self awareness and generally thinking he knows everything but you highlighted the one moment he was actually pretty chill before he got to the last 2 girls
