I love all of these, but I don’t resonate with complete frugality. I spend modestly on already prep’d meals, but on weekends, I enjoy supporting local cafes and restaurants. The time I save on these services provide me more time to spend on building my business, winning more deals, or just resting. That makes me more money to invest. Very well done on ditching the high class norm to follow your own vision and aspiration. 👏👏👏

I think most people do take a break from cooking 1-2 times a week. Also keep in mind leftovers for a lot of families. There is also meal prep. My Grandmother, born in 1936 raised me. She’s a Deep South black woman who only knew cooking. I never went to a restaurant until College, with friends. She cooked every day except Saturday(she made a couple of side items for the dinner for Sunday IF they took time). And on Fridays she fried fish and that was it. As I got older, she even stopped frying fish on Fridays and my Granddad would boil a hotdog and eat Frank n beans. Saturday she and I would go to McDonald’s and SPLIT a Big Mac.. SOMETIMES she let me get a fry. Monday dinner was Sunday leftovers.
