Enjoy this full body cool down for post-surf to help with muscle recovery and to increase flexibility. Save this video and come back to it anytime to keep up with your surfing flexibility. Much like a yin class, we hold each pose for an extended period of time, so remember to breathe deeply to get the full benefits of each pose.

I’ve been practicing with this video after surf session for a while. I feel like it’s so accurate! You stretching all of the toned muscles and not missing any. It’s relaxing and releasing. You’re great!

this is genuinely the best yoga surf sequence I have done - the perfect amount of time and the holds are long enough to really target the sore areas after a surf. incredible - thanks so much Erika xxx

Thank you for this Erika. As a suburban dad, I surf at Melbourne's Urbnsurf only about once a week, but I use your video 2 or times a week. For me, this full-body cool-down is the best! I'm 49 and my spine and neck are barely flexible enough for surfing. I was wondering, for your next yoga video could you include more postures for spinal flexibility (e.g. for paddling) and the neck (e.g. for turning to look up at the lip when surfing backhand). Thank you again for this video!!
