Obi Vincent I like your crab position stretch but you won't get a better ROM on your stretch unless your move your feet a bit backwards and make sure your glutes is placed at the mid point (between your glutes and arms). It's an animal flow movement, there's a few things missing but this should help improve the movement. Follow me on Instagram or not @bqfitness. Love!

Thanks for these videos - I'm starting to do more functional/mobility workouts and have noticed that my lack of hip flexibility is preventing me from doing some of the exercises.

hey man just wanted to say, you're the man!! keep posting videos like that! plus we need more videos of working out! ( chest,back,arms,legs)please... didn't say shoulder cuz ive got a tendonitis on my left shoulder which means I can't work out my shoulders they way I would like to.. keep pushing bro! cheers again

I absolutely HATE the Frog Stretch, but after doing it for a couple of weeks, my squat depth improved greatly.
