I got to this video by chance - a youtube recommendation- and am happy that i took the time! 1. The content. Very good. A bit quick for the first time through, but useful afterwards since i watch more than once. 2. Your presentation/voice: i highly appreciate that you aren't yelling, bubbly, jumping, etc. Your voice is calm, collect and clear. Very welcome on exercise videos. I am looking forward to new releases. Kudos

This video has helped me so much, I do this almost every day now as my mobility in my shoulders was such a joke and made an overuse injury come back continuously after only a couple of sessions of over-head lifting. Has been so much better since following this.

Thanks for the video ! These injury healing videos help a lot. Can you share us a video on how to cure wrist pain, it hurts a lot in bicep curls and bench press.

Very good content! Keep it up.. i have a request for you, if you could do, something for hip/ishias/hernia disc pain..i have problems for several years now, and maybe u have some good exercises! Peace💪💪

I have been dealing with tension around my left collar bone (clavicle), trapezius muscle, and radiating tension out to the tip of my shoulder (acromial process) and up my neck. I did these exercises slowly for a few minutes, and the tension began to release rather quickly! I will definitely be doing these on a daily basis, as I have been dealing with this issue for months!

Lerace Miguel of course you can. It’s great as a warmup like he says, in addition to preventing shoulder injuries.
