A bit quick for the first time through, but useful afterwards since i watch more than once. 2. This video has helped me so much, I do this almost every day now as my mobility in my shoulders was such a joke and made an overuse injury come back continuously after only a couple of sessions of over-head lifting. Has been so much better since following this.

I have been dealing with tension around my left collar bone (clavicle), trapezius muscle, and radiating tension out to the tip of my shoulder (acromial process) and up my neck. I did these exercises slowly for a few minutes, and the tension began to release rather quickly! I will definitely be doing these on a daily basis, as I have been dealing with this issue for months!
