An active nutritious practice that's perfect for days when time is tight. From toes to fingers and everything in between, the practice starts with light openings of the legs before transitioning into groin, hip & lower back releasers. The comes our Core Cycle before getting deeper into our hips, toes, ankles, knees and shoulders. We then gently wind down with supine twists, calming forward bends and an inverted Savasana. I love to read that Natalie. Thanks! As you know my daughter had a health scare (ER three times in 5 days but she's fine now 😮‍💨 ) and i haven't been able to film, so it's so helpful to know that the offerings feel extensive. I will relax a little bit more! 🙏 💙

IOh dear Orit! ☹️ t's a marathon. Endless one... More quarantines and threats of semi-confinement here too although not yet lock down. What a relief that the pool is still open for you. On the upside - perfect time to get deep into practice. 💖
