Welcome to this Dynamic Yoga Snack. An easy-to-fit-into-your-day practice that activates, strengthens and relaxes. We start with full body stretches setting the way for a series of Standing Poses before coming down onto the mat for shoulders openers and a burst of essential Core Strengtheners. The practice then winds us down with soothing Forward Bends and Hip Releasers preparing us in mind, body & heart for our final inverted Savasana. What a perfect way to start the day, Cat! Thank you so much. It would be wonderful if you could make more of these shorter yoga “snack” videos for the many days that one is not able to fit in a 1-2 hour yoga practice, but would still like to do something. 😍

Your message filled with Hawaii love brings me joy Anissa. Their beautiful language almost eradicated but starting to be taught and spoken again. Each word rich with so much meaning! Meanwhile, these beautiful islands hosting a very special reunion with my best friend and mentor. Even more poignant as his dear heart may give out at any moment. Thanks you Cat!! I squeezed this in before work yesterday and had so much more energy throughout the day! Specifically i've been meaning to say thanks for leading me to understand that in forward bends the lower tummy should be tucked up towards the spine. Has improved my yoga so much. I don't know why I always thought I had to try to flatten everything down in forward bends but I now get more length and save my back! I never got this from my quality Iyengar yoga school.. maybe I wasn't listening but I feel like it was never specified. Thanks so much!! 👏🙏😍😘

Love it! The shorter videos are great to do between my online classes. Sitting all day in front of a screen has really taken a toll on my flexibility. I feel reset and ready to do the next thing. Thank you!

Thank you so much!😍 The snacks I find great too as sometimes I don't have enough time for yoga but seeing the short class I make that little bit of time. I normally do the 1hr ones, but I also want to try the extra long classes but am afraid I don't have the strength.. 😅 I'm building up to it..
