Welcome to this Dynamic Yoga Snack. An easy-to-fit-into-your-day practice that activates, strengthens and relaxes. We start with full body stretches setting the way for a series of Standing Poses before coming down onto the mat for shoulders openers and a burst of essential Core Strengtheners. The practice then winds us down with soothing Forward Bends and Hip Releasers preparing us in mind, body & heart for our final inverted Savasana.
