That is exactly what I thought. I had 20 seconds to rest in the first round and wasn't really winded. That 2nd round kicked my butt and made the rest of the workout so hard even though I could get the reps in I was just so winded.

STOP 🖐 This was exactly me for the last 2+ weeks and let me tell you.. just get it over with. Don't think about it and just get it done. I consider myself quite fit and I had to cut most of the repeats in half so I wouldn't completely die and I still got suuuuch a good workout in. You got this and will be so so proud of yourself afterwards 💪💪💪💪

Morning Minette phew🥵🥵 is all I say😱 began brilliant stayed with Caroline for the 6 sets but things went drastically downhill after that🙄🙄 I'm sweating, hearting is pumping and there is lots of fun here but ....it's bloody tough. As for finisher I loved that even if the last 20 were 🔥🔥. Time does fly and it is fun but these fast sessions are not my absolute favourite. I did enjoy in my own way and got a great workout too. Thank you Caroline for this fun session 🙂

I love your comment, Matthew! Our community is all about the support and strong empathy towards each other... We try to bring out the best of everyone and this is what makes us special and unique. I just finished and ouch, that was once again really hard HIIT workout! I loved the format and that it was split in four parts... I can proudly say that I kept up with Caroline the whole time, I was a bit faster at the finisher. The first round was easy for me, the second round my quads started to burn alongside the upper body due to being in plank for every single exercise. The third round was fine, I could get on average 13 sec of rest, jumping lunges really spiked my heart rate. The core section was brilliant, time flew by. Finsher made my legs jelly. I went 50/20/20/10 and finished 20 sec before Caroline. I think this is such a fun format and modifications are also great and equally intense, so I am sure every Girvanator will smashed this workout! Even if you had to split some exercises in half to be able to have some rest before the next minute, you should be so proud of yourself! This is an ADVANCED workout and even some of us, who are training for years now, finds these style of training very difficult... So go for it and do your best! Week 9 finished. Wow, only 5 workouts left. Time trully flies by:)

Day 45 complete!!! Caroline's Emom is out of this world!!! Although there was 1 minute break between each round, it was super tough🥵 On the 1st round I was decieved and thought that it wouldn't be that hard but it was only the warm up. On the 2nd round I did modify and dropped to 6 reps on the burpees and to 15 reps on the alt lunges of the 3rd round. But I pushed myself to his limits!!! Let's smash that last week everyone. EMOM = Caroline’s specialty. I really enjoyed last EMOM workout in Epic III BUT I remember that there were “only” two exercises per set not 3 🤔 this one will be tougher, for sure ! But I am looking forward to seeing how far I’ve come and how I’ve progressed 💪🏼 The 6 sets format is more enjoyable than the 10 sets, in my opinion. We’ll make it Girvanators ! 💪🏼 Just did it ! The second round with the push-up burpees, followed by push-ups and plank to tuck was HARD ! I loved the finisher. Finishing those 10 last reps with you Caroline always makes me feel like you’re in my living-room, working out next to me. You’re doing it with us, not just « for » us. Anyone else can feel this synergy?

It’s certainly very demanding...I found the second set the hardest and I had to modify the push up burpees to ordinary hand to floor burpees for some of the rounds! The finisher is great! This was the 4th EMOM I have with Caroline and yet the best one! The hardest part for me was the 2nd one with push-up burpees!!! I enjoyed the 100 squat jumps, it was amazing! Great job everyone on completing week 9! 👏 I'm so ready for the final week! Caroline you're my favourite! ❤ ⚘️

Loved this as chaotic as I was. Slow on pushups but wanted to do all of them chest to floor. So more like two minutes lol and then a 5-10 sec break. For the last three sets I did burpee pushups then plank to tuck then the pushups. A little slow on jumping lunges but did them. When I started with Caroline in summer 2020 ... could not do one😁. Thank you, Caroline for such a comprehensive program.

Wow!! I did it without modifying! Except of the last round I couldn‘t complete all ten hollow crunches. Did 6, 7 or 8 and started the new set again. I‘m so proud of myself!! On the EMOM in Epic I and II I had to modify and just collapsed and had to pause a lot. The minute rest in between and the reason that there are only 6 sets helps a lot mentally!! Go!! You can do it!!! Thank you Caroline for increase our strength!!! Last week 😱

Day 45 EMOM is the workout I am scared of the most because of how much challenging it is. Can’t believe I was catching up with you and didn’t have to pause except but I completed all the reps without cutting them in half. And I did 100x jump squats for the first time I always had to do 60 and went for the lower impact option. Thank you so much Caroline can’t believe I’ve come this far physically and mentally♥️

Wow, that was a killer workout! I had to adjust during some of them so I did 5x push-up burpees and 10x lunge jumps for 4/6 rounds. During the workout, I felt a bit disappointed in myself, but afterward realized that I should be proud instead. I've been working out with Caroline for about 2 years now, but EMOM is still something that I struggle with. This is just a reminder for myself and everyone that as long as you push through and perform as many reps as you can to the best of your ability, that's all that matters. We'll all finish together and get stronger! 9 more days left for me so I'm going to enjoy these last few days and push myself through these workouts! We got this💪💪👊👊

This EMOM was one if the most challenging for me🥵🥵🥵 I was not able at all to keep up for 10 push up burpees and 10 push ups … had to modify to 7 push up burpees and push ups on the knees, otherwise I would never be able to have some rest!!! Ooooh, that was a PROPER HIIT workout! I thought i was going to faint during the second complex🤯😆 I had to reduce number of reps in some sets but all in all I am so happy i managed to finish it!😀 Finisher was a very tough one for me as well! Finally did this one today after avoiding it and feeling guilty, totally out of my comfort zone did not manage the number of reps that Caroline did. But i did it so feeling proud and motivated xx

Just finished! 😲 Absolute sweat sesh if there ever was. Had to pause longer and reduce reps but got it done. Now for the reward of the 20 minute stretch for me. Happy Sunday! Home stretch here we come! 💪🏻

So, this year I tried this series again and I have improved in strength tremendously. However, my endurance is my new goal after this series. I do not look forward to the Sunday HIIT and I don't want to be like that. I will say fitness is for life and you appreciate where you are. No body is perfect, and fitness looks different on different bodies. In a world where the industry is more saturated with people just following trends. I always come back to quality. Carolines workouts hands down are consistent and challenging and empowering. Modifications are embraced and I really appreciate the emphasis on make this work out your own. Thank you again for these workout programs and yes, we miss you still.

I just had my third baby a few months ago and have major Diastasis Recti - I need to stay away from jumping, anything in the plank position, heavy weights, etc. I love your workouts so I modify as I need to. Thank you for having low impact mods available on this one - takes the guess work out for me!

Finally almost finished the workout. Did the 2nd and 3rd fully no breaks or any other short cuts. Only on the 3rd round my core gave up and had to do cut the last exercise to 10 crunches with straight legs but with breaks on the ground. CRUSHED those 100 squat jumps. ❤❤🎉🎉😊😊

First set I did just fine, second I anf forth set couldn't keep your pace, second I was a bit faster. Ineed to do this over and over till I can keep up with ya. Thank you.

Hi Caroline...hi everyone...all finished...this is hard as EMOM always is but fun to do and it’s a great feeling at the end! The first set is actually quite OK...but the second upper body set I found really tough...I just had to modify some of the push up burpees to hand to floor burpees to get through! Set 3 was hard but doable and really got the heart rate up...and I loved set 4 on the abs! The finisher was great! I was very pleased to manage 125 reps while Caroline did 100! I suppose this all shows that upper body strength is my weakness! Have a great workout everyone! Matthew

Hi Matthew! So pleased to hear you crushed this workout! Congratulations! 👏🏻🤩🎉🎉🎉 I did too ... and it was hard, but then it's EMOM and it's meant to be a challenge! 😆 This kind of HIIT is killing me! I powered through the first 6 sets but afterwards I had to modify too. 5 push up burpees instead of 10, 10 alternating lunge jumps and 10 alternating crab foot reaches instead of 20. Finished with Caroline as well and knocked out 130 squat jumps! Week 9, done! ✔️ Hope you're enjoying your vacation! Happy Sunday! 🌞😎

Morning Matthew. The push up round was my hardest too and I had to modify also. Never thought of doing hand to floor burpees. I did push up ones but had to reduce to 6. Loved the abs round too and the finisher.

Sounds like you found exactly the same bits hard that I did...push up burpees were tough...and lunge jumps!! So then....Going to give myself a pat on the back for keeping up with 1st & last rounds at least! Between that it was half reps which i was happy with. I think that was the 1st time i've ever seen Caroline take a sip of water in any of her workouts! The finisher was split into 4 x 25 reps with 20 secs rest in between ( again thank you Matthew Almond for that tip!) The Unwind as the add on was heaven! x

The first set was super easy for me and I was keeping up with Caroline. And then the second and third sets came and I think I died at least twice before those ended. The fourth set was easier for me to handle again and I was surprised I had enough strength to do the finisher. I know I couldn't have finished this workout a year ago. Thanks so much, Caroline.

This may not sound like a lot but I’ve done Epic 1 and 3 and now endgame and this was the first EMOM HIIT I’ve been able to complete. I took a break before the ab trio but I never stopped or skipped any sets because my heart didn’t think I could do it. Caroline you’ve helped me become more physically AND mentally strong!! Dare I say it....this was highly enjoyable yet tough at the same time. The push-up rounds though 🥵 by far the toughest and I had to reduce reps to 6 on the burpees for this. I'd have needed 90 seconds to get them all in 😂😂 The one minute rest was very welcome and much needed. Loved the first round, none of the exercises hurt your muscles, but they all immediately make your HR sky rocket. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As much as I enjoyed it, I'll be happy not to do another EMOM for 3 months or so 😂😂

Loved it! EMOM always makes me power through because I WANT that rest at the end. :) The second round was the hardest with only 10 seconds rest at the end. 😅

Morning Matthew...yes Caroline is certainly a fantastic inspiration to us all! I’m sure you’ll smash this workout! I found it hard...but I actually enjoyed pushing through the rounds! Just the second set was too hard for me...I simply couldn’t manage all the push up burpees and I had to modify to hand to floor burpees for some of it! I loved the abs round...and the finisher is superb...I was pleased to do 125 Eros while Caroline did 100! Have a great workout...you’ve got this! Matthew

Conquered another EMOM!!👊🏻 WE DID IT EVERYONE! Lived to tell the tale!😂 Still don't really like them but we don't get better by only doing things we like! I will say I did LOVE the first round! That was fun! And this really was the most likeable EMOM yet. I really love how you push us to the limit..that's when we really see what we are capable of. Like I said LOVED round 1, died during round 2..my legs started to turn to jelly with those burpees and plank tucks, recovered a little during round 3 with those sprawls, round 4 was okay with a total ab burn!!🔥 I did have to reduce reps after the first round or I wouldnt get a break. Gave this workout everything I had and totally pushed myself to the limite. That finisher was really tough after doing an EMOM but I did pretty will with it and enjoyed the burn. Nothing beats that proud moment after an EMOM! Thanks so much Caroline!! Finale week here we come!!🥳😃 Can't wait!

I too powered through this and I had thoughts that I can't go any further but then I pushed harder ... the first 6 rounds felt 'fine' but then it went downhill! 😆🤣 I did 5 push up burpees instead of 10, 10 alternating lunge jumps and 10 alternating crab foot reaches instead of 20. I managed to do 130 squat jumps ... that finisher lived up to it's name! 😅 Please don't tell anybody ... but I don't really like EMOM's too! 🤫🤭😂 Glad that we got it out of the way! Let's smash week 10! 🥳

Unreal workout. Only Caroline Girvan writes EMOM workouts that I literally have zero chance of finishing the reps (bar the first set of exercises). But I like that. There's no easy way out with 25-30 seconds of rest every round. You get your long rest between the different sets of exercises, but each 6 minutes is for work. I like that you do the first round, realise you're not going to make it, and then you're constantly recalculating in your mind each round how many reps you may need to chop off different exercises to get through the 3 exercises and give yourself around 5-10 seconds rest. You're constantly focussed and pushing yourself through new levels and mental barriers. Hats off to Caroline. I don't know how she does it though. Her HIIT/Cardio stamina is literally on another level. For once though I was able to keep up with Caroline on the finisher - did it a different breakdown (30-25-25-20) but we ended at the same time! So I'm happy with that. Huge effort, great way to start a Sunday, and now just one more week to go. Endgame has definitely pushed me further than any other plan I've completed!

It's a beautiful cardio and workout to do to measure how much we've grown with this program! This was my first time doing an EMOM, and let me tell you I died 😂. But Caroline you motivated me to still try those squat jumps at the end, so thank you, you killed it 🔥🔥🔥
