That leaves the other 2 moves to be pretty much anything you want whether it be hypnosis to chip your switchins or even more coverage Edit: Keep in mind that this thing's dark pulse hits harder than gholdengo's shadow ball while being faster than things like meowscarada and torn-t while also having a decently high chance to flinch

Every generation they try to unban Darkrai and every generation it is banned immediately. it is too strong for OU

Can some1 pls explain the mechanic at 13:16, First how does this quaquaval have iron tail as its ability, and why does is block drain punch which is not a priority move? The chatlog makes no sense to me

The tier is called "Almost Any Ability" (AAA) where all pokemon can have almost any ability they want. Quaquaval has Armor Tail (blocks priority moves) and Kommo-o has Triage (makes all healing moves priority).
