I always loved the particle effects in Wind Waker, such as the embers flying around when you're first on your way to the Dragon Roost dungeon and the green floaty things in the Deku Tree area. With help from this, I successfully made a rip off of the Deku Tree green floaty things.

I find examples are really useful too. You can dig around in the unity particle pack to work out how some of these are set up. Brackeys uses some of those systems in the video. Honestly love the channel, You've done such a good job with it and I've learned a lot. I wish you would expand upon the channel and do a more from start to finish C# in unity tutorial.
