The moral of the story is bring the corpse of the first person to die into each new room and use them to bypass all of the torture traps. Oh no we have to stick our hands into this box full with saws to fill up a jar with blood. Jerry, mind if we borrow you for a sec. It's kinda like a utility tool, you never know you're gonna need it, but it sure is convenient to have.

I may be wrong but, after the 1st room with the keys the door is closed so you have the 4 of them. Dude dies and goes everywhere so you cant really work with him. Plus even if they brought the first girls body they weren't smart enough to share the chamber with the alive guy so why a headless body? Then in the next room, as pointed out in the vid, shawty who got shocked needed to stay getting shocked to power the door to be opened so the body couldn't have been removed anyway. Unless ofc once the maximum charge was achieved it stayed unlocked? Idk these movies don't really have logic to them
@TheConfusedWumbologist4 жыл бұрын
@stripe801 If we're being real the chick that got decapitated didn't need to die. The first person to get out of their collar could have easily gotten the keys to let the rest of the group out, but that wouldn't have been as entertaining I guess.

I thought that as soon as they left the room and the bombs exploded, they wouldn’t be able to go back since the doors locked?
@selenaignjatovic35663 жыл бұрын
Fun fact - the decapitated body was actually a real body and not a dummy. Actresses head was hidden so well, even actors who were in the same room, did not know it's a live body. When the body moved, all of them kinda freaked and started questioning their decision to accept that job. Until they realized "the body" also had a head attached when actress showed it. Directors did that so it would be convincible for audience, and also to freak out cast members as a prank. Win-win.

If he knew anything about Jigsaw, he would have gotten in -- even if he didn't know why -- and then Hoffman would have had nowhere to go.

1:04 I agree. An explanation is the first couple of Saws at least the puzzles were designed by Jigsaw/John himself, the ones after that were designed by Amanda and another guy I forget the name of who had a different approach. 1:40 Other than he was in shock and/or had his body pumped full of adrenaline after everything he had just gone through which would cause him to act very impulsive and irrational. Besides needing a lot of money, resources and time (which would be difficult when you're a full-time detective) you would also need advanced engineering knowledge to build some of those traps as well as specialist equipment which would need to be purchased from somewhere (which an investigation could trace). Building some of the traps in the movie would be extremely difficulty to pull off as well as avoiding getting caught when the police find the scene and investigate. The chained-to-pipes trap in the first movie was the one I found the scariest to watch and that's because it's pretty much one of very few "realistic" traps which a criminal could pull off in real-life.

As it was said, National Treasure only have two movies (but to be fair, it is still correct xD). The difference between Saw and the other movies of that is that Saw can trump up with two things: First, creativity of the Saw Traps. I mean, it gets more gore then creativity at some point, but still are very nice. Second, they are able to make a plot throughout all the movies that feels very connected to each other. I said it once under the Dead Meat-Videos, and repeat it here: Viewing these two points, Saw actually should start a TV-Show, where there is an a-plot going through the whole show and a b-plot in every episode with creative traps or sometimes a row of episodes showing multiple traps with the same person.

I'm not. As unfortunate as it may be, I will not be having a marathon on a series of horror movies with violence and gore littered everywhere. Unless if the films had a more gothic flare to it, that would've been much better, but still. My only favourite parts would be the parts where everybody effing dies 😂
@lunakei4044 жыл бұрын
@Black Ninja I see. But in my opinion, the Saw movies aren't gothic enough, though they can be in some way.

After 11 straight hours of Saw films, I remember not being able to feel emotions for a month. 5:15 this happens OFTEN ENOUGH in movies to be a cliche at this point, the whole 'why did you do this to me, person who is also clearly in the same situation-misunderstanding', it's SUPER annoying. at least in this case they don't spend too much time on it but there are enough movies and tv shows that spend some time on it and it's super annoying.

@TheAwkwardGamer4 жыл бұрын
@@tatemink1343 There are actually 8. The original Saw was the whole chained to a wall plotline, Saw 2 was the house with the deadly gas that they had to get out of and Amanda was revealed to be an apprentice, Saw 3 was the death of Jigsaw and Amanda, Saw 4 was the introduction of Hoffman as a Jigsaw apprentice, Saw 5 was the Hoffman on his own plotline, Saw 6 was the health insurance traps (this one's my personal favourite), Saw 7 (AKA Saw 3D) revealed that Dr Gordon was an apprentice since his trap and Jigsaw was a reboot.
@Silverwind873 жыл бұрын
Fun fact about Tapp, if we take the expanded media as canon, then he was put through another one of Jigsaw's trials due to his obsession with catching the killer, then he killed himself and wound up in a hellish realm where he is forever pursued by Amanda. Video games are fun.

Since you asked, the ONLY "technicality" I can think of that would reduce a sentence from 25 to 5 years is if it was ruled a second degree murder, but later appealed for manslaughter for unintentional homicide which can be 5 years. However I haven't seen these movies so I got little clues...
@chupirusi Жыл бұрын
How the fuck is a throat slit ear to ear considered second degree? You’d have to be Jigsaw himself to manipulate a situation that much
@exileayahika Жыл бұрын
@sarahzaidi1625 I don't fully agree with the law, but first degree murder requires active measures, whereas second degree is that you caused it but didn't have "malice aforementioned". However, I would never defend anyone like that.
@chupirusi Жыл бұрын
@@exileayahika But even with that logic, how would an attorney corroborate a claim of 2nd degree in any state? The crime scene looked too okay for a fight, the girl looked like a ballerina, and the shitty VFX makeup on her neck was way too clean for an ‘accidental’ injury (but hey this is a gorno). Honestly, Hoffman’s character writing just sucked.
