It was a case of army personnel so it came out in media and we came to know about the incident but at the same time if it was a case of a common man the he would still be behind the bar in false cases and no one would know about this. Again the police department has got an easy action to escape the faults by suspending few police personnel. What change does suspension bring? They will join their duty after certain time and starts the same. Army is not only army rather the emotion of citizens.
