As I read the commentary on the left I honestly can say I totally agree with it… my starting weight was 318lbs and now I’m 230 and I’m 5’7” so I’m much small than I was.. I remember a man that regularly came to my job looked at me with a look of disgust before my weight loss and after he asked me if I was married and tried to flirt with me.. It is horrifically sad that ppl treat u so different based on physical appearance 😞😞😞

I am proud to say that I lost 25 pounds since then and I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I know that seems like only a little bit in that amount of time, but I am only 13 and was shorter when I was that heavy. Anyway, I would like to thank you. This is my third week, not every day but 4 days a week and only the first 15 minutes....going to build up eventually to both sets. I am 63 years old and battling severe arthritis and waiting for knee replacement. Trying to get in shape and build strength and lose weight before surgery. So far, 5lb off and 3 inches off waist/high hip/lower hip, 1 inch each. I am going to persevere as I need to lose at least another 40 lb.

Guess what, Sensei Bryant ☺ This is my 6th day in a row doing this exercise. On Day 1, I burned 130 calories and thought there was no way I could keep this up. Today, though, after I finished your workout, I raised my bike to Level 2 and stayed on an additional 45 minutes. My bike says I burned 330 cal while my smartwatch says 380. Either way, it was incredible! After doing this for less than a week, so much fog has cleared from my head, I feel physically stronger, and I wake up with purpose. A huge part of that is the hilarious but very real way you run your sessions. You are someone with clear life experience who can truly relate to different people. That's a rare quality. I think what really helped me is your emphasis on not stopping until the workout is over, even if you feel you're not making much progress. Because we're still doing more than what a lot of people are, nothing. Thank you again, sir 😁

Omg I love your videos!!! I lost 15 pounds 3 years ago from using your video routines. I've had a whole baby since, he just made one year old, and I've dealt with postpartum and hormone imbalances so my weight is out of control. I'm at my heaviest and I honestly don't know what else to do. Surgery is definitely not an option for me at this point. But I recently bought a bike like yours and I came across this video... And man oh man I'm so excited now. Thank you, wish me luck. I'm looking to be have lost weight by my bday in April, I hope this is possible because I'm huge 🤣

I had a lower back strain 4 months ago and still have some aches here and there , I never stopped working since it happened and my job requieres me to walk pretty much for 10 to 12 hours , I used to do lots of cardio before my strain and now I want to work out and feel that I can do this workout without putting too much stress on my back , should you recommend me do it or wait until I’m completely free of any pain or aches

What tension setting are you recommending? I know that it can be bad for your knees if you don't have enough tension on them.
