One of my favourite exercises to help bring stability to Hypermobile hips and knees. You just need a ball or cushion and a chair. In this video we gradually build up the challenge on our hypermobility so start low and progress when you feel ready. This brings hip stability and knee stability through hypermobile exercises.

Just came across this after many years of suffering from hypermobile back, hips, and knees. Exercise is becoming difficult with back weakness. Thank you, I will try the exercises.

Will this help me if my hip flexors feel really loose? I don’t know if I have hyper mobility confirmed but I’ve always wondered

Working on control around the pelvis should help. Lots of videos on here for that.

Thank you so much for all the videos you put out, Jeannie. I'm in my mid 40s & have had hip problems all my life, and since a fall last year my knees have decided to join the party🙄! I'll be adding these exercises into my existing routine, along with many of your other exercises which are helping me to keep moving ❤️🦓

Thank you so much for this - I have hypermobility in my knees and am having trouble finding stability exercises online so this was a gem! If you have any more ideas or tips I'd love to know :)

@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility thank you. :) I have hyper mobile shoulders, hips, fingers toes and feet and have had two back surgeries and suspected arthritis at 52 :(. Need super gentle exercises and these are very doable. Repetitive exercises (like rehab for my back) made everything worse. Just discovered your channel.
