Crews' talks about the aftermath when he went on Bear Grylls' show; he end up beating the shit out of his Father when he was older and instead of feeling relieved or cathartic just ended up feeling guilty about what he had done and pity for how pathetic his Father was/is.

I tried a circuit like this once. It was interesting for sure, almost like a CrossFit workout. I did an RDL, row, power clean, overhead press, front squat, and a pull-up. All that counted as 1 "rep," and I'd do 3-4 reps in a set. That's all my cardio conditioning could handle. This will get your heart rate going very quickly. It's like a manmaker on steroids. If I were to do it again, I would maybe do 2-3 reps for the easier exercises and 1 rep for overhead press. It's a great way to do a lot of work really fast. It can be a good full body warmup at the very least. I tried incorporating chest, but it's hard to get any stimulus with a couple pushups.

Do a 90s retro critique of 'Cindy Crawford: Shape Your Body Workout' from 1992! Nostalgia of my mom doing that exercise VHS all the time while I was growing up.

In a perfect world, Mike is in the Iron Addicts gym being smoked by CT while CT is reminding him "no once cares about that egg headed, pocket protector clip board having BULLLLLSHT!" and Mike is pushed to a level of pain & hypertrophy that leads him to get his pro card. ....His new training will be labeled "HyPaintrophy" and he'll morph into a mini (more hairy) version of CT and relabel his gym "The Pain Addicts Gym". ...It will be the only time gym attire consists of ball gags & gimp suits. 🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍

Thank you. After this comment I will not be reading comments for another month. Why get disappointed on purpose. Again, thank you for the images of Mike waking around a gym w a ball gag. I will be puking and pleasuring myself for the next few weeks to this.

My son walked past terry at Gaylord palms Orlando after he’d just worked out in the gym there. And he was truly impressed at how big he was in person. He was also quite in the zone still. LOL
