I tried a circuit like this once. It was interesting for sure, almost like a CrossFit workout. I did an RDL, row, power clean, overhead press, front squat, and a pull-up. All that counted as 1 "rep," and I'd do 3-4 reps in a set. That's all my cardio conditioning could handle. This will get your heart rate going very quickly. It's like a manmaker on steroids. If I were to do it again, I would maybe do 2-3 reps for the easier exercises and 1 rep for overhead press. It's a great way to do a lot of work really fast. It can be a good full body warmup at the very least. I tried incorporating chest, but it's hard to get any stimulus with a couple pushups.
@milenakupiec1839Ай бұрын
I do it in a form of a dumbbell circuit, 3, 4 sets 6 reps each, maybe a minute rest between sets, but always incorporate more push ups. Great workout for when you can’t get yourself down to the gym or have limited time/equipment.
