Currently doing the CPT course 6th Edition, and the webinars/podcasts on it are with another person and its mentally exhausting, the sound is muffled and he speaks very aggressively and fast, and suddens stops. So happy that you have the same module, its easier to understand and digest with you. Thank you

When you are talking about phase 5, you talk about your example for chest, Bench press then move into explosive medicine ball chest pass, how long would you do the explosive medicine ball chest pass to optimally produce velocity of movement?

1-5 Reps Of Bench Press followed by 10 Repetitions Explosive medicine ball chest pass 2 min break after superset

Hi Rick. I have just complete my CES course and have a question about activation tempo. In the course work the tempo is explained in the order of a. 4 second eccentric b. 2 second hold c. 1 second concentric. In the glute Bridge and others this seems to change to 4 second eccentric 1 second concentric 2 second hold. Is this correct and please explain. Kind regards Stuart Hutchin
