Yet another great video! Quick technique question...when doing the prone back extension and you say to zipper your legs together and lift knees off ground, should I be lifting tops of feet off ground also or just the knees? Thank you.

Hi ,I definitely love your concept of this movement , a question can be possible to make a work out for women the with struggle with menopause 😢. Is really difficult to find some great instructors to motivate you and tell you the right way to do every movement . I hope you can create a workout.
