Hi Nancy - you seem like a very nice person, but I would not consent to an exit interview.

What are the tips for the employee to answer the exit interview questions? Does an employee have to give the exit interview?
@Careervues4 жыл бұрын
Sharing a link to my another video about exit process that I have made for the employees : kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5rWgnevo5eDgKc No it is not mandatory for an employee to give an exit interview in person but exit documentation is very important to complete..

Do not give an exit interview. Just thank them for for opportunity to work there. An exit interview does nothing for the exiting employee, it only helps the employer.
@Careervues3 жыл бұрын
Agreed, exit interview holds more importance for the employer than a leaving employee.

1. Why the assumption that the employee has already gotten another job? I have left some of my roles without having a followup job... 2. Why the assumption that the employee is leaving for a competitor? Actually, a lot of contracts contain anti-competition clauses which prevent an employee from joining competition under some circumstances. 3. Would you recommend...? - this is a pointless question IMO. First off, some people will never recommend companies or services or anything to anyone. Second, if an employee is leaving with lots of negative emotions, you will get a negative answer that will only say 'your company didn't work for me' and there is no point in concluding the company's value from that answer. 4. I would recommend that you use a spell checker before publishing videos ;)

@AA I really appreciate your modest feedback especially the 4th point. I am aware of the grammatical errors in this video but unfortunately could not rectify after publishing it. There is no grammar correctors during video editing and unfortunately I made some mistakes, will take-care while editing my other videos. Thanks for giving time and sharing your views about my video.
