230 g medium protein flour (farine T45)
25 g cornstarch (Maizena)
35 g sugar (sucre en poudre)
255 ml water (eau)
1 egg (oeuf)
4 g baking powder (levure chimique)
50 ml water (eau)
4 g baking soda (bicarbonate de soure alimentaire)
vanilla extract to taste (extrait de vanille, QSP)
granulated sugar to taste (sucre en poudre, QSP)
TOPPING
Butter (beurre)
Sweetened condensed milk (lait concentré sucré)
Chocolate (vermicelle de chocolat)
Chopped peanuts (cacahuète)
