Interesting! So I bought Vol 1 and the sports agility program, which are more PDF based, where you click a demo from the pdf program, so everything’s more segmented. But you’re saying in vol 2, PEP strings together the entire workout for each session? So there are 75 10-minute videos? Would probably much prefer that.....
