It's great you help people understand they can't get back too hard into training after all this time in quarentine. There's gonna be a lot of injuries just because of this if people aren't cautious.

Hey bro, do I need to sprint 100 percent effort for work capacity, or 85 percent effort during the sprints

75% effort sprints w/ low rest, but a decent amount of reps (like 10-20x100m w/ 30 seconds rest). these just get your lungs into shape so you can recover better for actual speedwork, but i wouldn't make work capacity the focus (more like a supplement, if you're recovering well and you can do these workouts without too much strain then you don't need too much of it imo)
