I appreciate this holistic approach. I think when we have pain or even just popping/clicking etc it can cause anxiety and you lose connection to your body. By calming and tuning in it will help you know what it needs to heal. Thanks

My hips snap for as long as I remember , moving them at all , they sound ridiculous. No pain normally but after a hard run or something hips will be sore for a week slight pain standing on one leg putting socks on ect. I want to workout more and push my limits but don’t wanna mess my self up in the future ughh

I have the same problem. I’m worried that it will lead to arthritis when I’m older but hopefully if I keep exercising the hips it should be fine

If it were to take, for example, 8 weeks to completely get rid of my snapping hip syndrome, at what point should I expect the popping sounds to start disappearing? I have been doing exercises for 4 days now and I do feel more flexibility in my hip area, but the popping sound is still happening. Thanks!

@Chris Williams Thanks. What caused this is my very tight and shortened psoas muscle which has caused jaw tightness and permanent tinnitus for 3 years now. I get back pain and nerve irritation exactly where the psoas muscle starts from at the T12 vertebrae. Doing stretches or walking for more than 15 minutes seems to irritate it more and the only relief I get is from standing for long periods of time. Pressing my thumb on my back helps temporarily. I try not to sit down at all. I don't know what to do. It all started from sitting down for 12 hours a day for a few years :(

I would look at hip range of motion and core/hip motion control and coordination! So many ways to approach it which is why most of the specifics come from your own exploration!

I've went to doctors already and they found nothing on the MRI. My hip clicks/snaps when I externally rotate and extend my leg behind my body. The hip flexors feel sore and painful when I move my leg behind my body. Also feels like that when I internally rotate my femur when I lie flat on the floor on my back. The doctors said they wouldn't do anything more for a while, since I've had 1 mri and 1 ct. This drives me nuts :(

Get an MRI arthrogram. They inject die in your hip joint to see if something like if your labrum is torn

Thank you!! Can you give a specific example from beginner to progressions? I have a hip pop every time I go to get something off floor and sit to stand. No pain. Sounds terrible. Also have tight adductors and it band as well as psoas and illiacus.

Thank you, however whenever I rotate I get internal snapping on both sides no pain. Some say it’s tight flexor I’m not sure.

@@mithunkumar-vm5iw I’m doing much better now by Gods grace. * I just started sleeping 7-8 hours a day rather than the 3-5 hours of sleep I used to get. * I stopped drinking coffee because it keeps me hyped all the time. It reduced stress. * And I bend at the sink from my waist instead of my back. * whatever you do, don’t bend your back out. And then the pain went away.

I’ve felt as though all you conversation are...hey listen to me, look how intelligent we are, but as an, assist- not a go! You both are very sweet and adorable! Not user-friendly enough for the average Joe. Best of luck helping people
