Hi it is just my husband and myself. I was having pain in my back. I went to the ER. My magnesium and potassium levels are low. I had to have all my teeth pulled few months ago. I didn’t think about the fact that eating salads. Snacking on sugar snap peas and cucumbers. Would not be do able, So I went to the store yesterday. Bought stuff for protein bowl it was really good. I had oatmeal this morning. Fruit and fish for lunch. Drinking more water and taking vitamins, I am 51 years old and our son is 26. I have granddaughter and me remaining active and involved. Is so important. Thank you for these recipes.

I just binge watched all your videos and I realized I hadn't subscribed yet lol. I will say that when I started watching the videos you had 333 subs and now you are at 347 with me. This will be long because I have some questions and some compliments. How old are your children and how old are you and your husband? Have you always lived in California? If not where have you lived? Do you have any pets?❤. What does your husband do for work and do you work outside the home or is u tube your only job? Now for the compliments. Your family is very blessed to have you. You are a great cook. Your voice is very soothing and relaxed. I've lived in Connecticut all my life and I'm married to my high school sweetheart. We have 6 kids. My youngest is 16 and my oldest just turned 38. The other's are 32,25,21,and 18. I will be a first time Grandma in November, so that's exciting. Enjoy your children while they are young because they grow so fast. I blinked my eyes and they grew up on me lol. ❤️

I just found your channel, and love it! You do an outstanding job making delicious, nutritious and affordable meals. May I ask what "7 Spice" is and also I don't think I've ever tried Allepo pepper seasoning before. Will have to look into both of them. Than you. Also, toward the end of the video, when youi were holding your baby and stirring the food, it was so precious! What a good mama and a happy baby. :-)

Aleppo Pepper’s flavor profile is sweet, fruity, and complex with hints of cumin. It has a medium level of heat. Both are used in middle eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
