EXTREME SPICY Buldak FRIED RICE in a Rice Cooker! I Could Eat This EVERYDAY

This recipe is SUPER simple and amazingly SPICY and delicious. All you need is a few ingredients and a rice cooker!

2 scallions
3 oz mushrooms (any type)
1 Chinese sausage or protein of choice

The only time he ever had a problem was the time he did the Carolina reaper ramen challenge where the cook literally had to wear a gas mask and the rest of the staff left the building until it was fumigated, and he still ate it (despite negative consequences after). I think I tried one of those x2 hot things before, for the cup noodles the spice level was toleratable but it kind of obscured the flavor of everything else. I might try it on rice and see if it's better; thanks for the food hack Mikey!

I ordered a bottle of the sauce the other day and just received it today. Going to try it with spam later this week. I'm going to cook it on the stove top. My small rice cooker is too small for 2 to 3 servings and my family size one is just too big to fit on my countertop right now. So, I hope it works out. Also, I got the regular sauce. Hubby is getting too old to handle spicy foods now. I knew I shouldn't have married a white dude. He use to be able to eat like Mikey. But, lately if he has anything spicy he complains the next day. He's 63. Man at this rate all he's going to be able to eat is oatmeal when he's 70.

@@kimberleyg4657 I ordered both the 2x bottle and the regular on and I've had both of them with noodles because I don't have the ingredients to make Mikey's rice and let me tell you it's really good. The 2x one taste great when you're eating it but then once you stop eating it it'd kinda spicy. With the regular one it just take good and isn't spicy at all.

@@BradKaboord try gochujang, most asian market has it. gochujang has a milder spice it's a good substitute, and it's also Korean so same flavor profile I guess? you can also add chicken powder since he used a chicken flavored sauce
