Haven't done your exercises for a few weeks but made the effort to get up early today. Started thyroid pills and feels harder for some reason getting motivated early. But glad I made the effort. Did the 10mins stretch, 8mins workout and then this 10min one. Thanks Schellea for giving us that motivation. So glad I found your videos years ago, you are the only one that does motivate me. xxx

Hi there. I am a 55 year old woman in South Africa. I started doing your 10 to 15 min workouts 3 weeks ago almost every day before work. It has made the world of difference. I am focusing on my abs due to the middle age tummy fat. I have RA so I don't want to injure myself. I have already lost some weight, but also walk most days and doing intermittant fasting. I love the 10 min HIITS especially the boxing but mainly I love getting out of bed and deciding what exercises I want to do. I write down what exercises I've done that day and leave a gap if I don't workout. I don't like to see gaps so it makes me do something active every day. Thank you for getting me out of bed especially on the dark cold mornings

Love, love , love this workout! I usually can't do HIIT cuz its too long and I can't keep up. I love the boxing but due to all sorts of joint issues I can't usually do them. This workout had me sweating and I feel so good! Thank you for this short HIIT❤

Love these short HIIT trainings like this. It’s great for my lower body rest days. I hike on weekends and when training for a big trip I don’t like to take a day off of strength training. These short videos keep my core and upper body worked but allow me to rest my legs that worked hard all weekend. Using little weights I worked up a big sweat!

I love your workouts. Ten minutes is perfect for me I do them 7 days a week sometimes adding 5 minute workouts tacked on. I’m 70 and grateful to find doable sustainable workout schedule. You offer wonderful selection for those of us who have knee and or back issues. My knees are so much better! Also my arm strength is wonderful for picking up my 27 lb grandson. Thank you💕

Love your workouts! They are fast and effective to burn fat. I need to burn fat, lose weight, and tone up. So I've been doing the HIIT for belly fat, arms workout, and legs workout. HIIT is most effective in a short period of time that I can work into my busy schedule. Thank you for making it so fun! I feel so much better with more energy with just these short workouts!

I've just started the 5 min exercises a week ago, now increased to the 10 mins to up the intensity, to lose weight, get more toned, and I am noticing changes already, of course its slow but definitely feel stronger and lost little bit of weight compared to what I was a week ago.
