I have always enjoyed physical exercise but over the last few years I have lost confidence and motivation. I’m 50 and have started carrying weight on my tummy which is proving difficult to shift. I just want to thank you for your videos, I’ve tried so many different ones on KZbin and I find yours the most encouraging and inspiring. Love, love, love these HIIT workouts for us ladies over 50! Just one issue, and probably not under your control, but it is very frustrating to wait through ADS in the middle of a workout. I tolerate the ads before a video, but in the middle? Trying to keep heart rate up, not slow down while I try to find the remote to skip. Thank you again for the great workouts!

This was GREAT! Only 10 minutes and I FELT it for days, which was was fun and quick and I know it works because many muscles in my butt, hips were sore for days. LOL Oh, and Actually, we do not want to decrease the amount of Food to our body. The better option is to decrease the amount of Sugar / Carbs to our body. I lost weight by actually feeling like I was eating MORE. KETO
