For me the right time15 minutes, 5 days a week plus for my arms 8 to 10 minuts exercise with weights. Thank your for the energy to teach us 50plus (I'm 70...) to stay fit!👌🤩

Thoroughly enjoyed Shellea! I do your 30 minute weight loss walk/jog at least 4 times a week always morning - but this is a really nice 15 minuter. We all have busy lives - but this 15 minute work out allowed me another 15 minutes to do your 15 minute arm workout - the half hour for me then worked nicely👍😊

I usually do the chair yoga and stop but the last couple mornings I’ve gone on to do the stand-up walking with you. It’s wonderful. Can’t get completely through it but I’m making progress thank you thank you.

My new favorite!! I have been walking when doing arms for awhile now and this one got my heart rate up...YAY! The exercise at the 12 minute mark? I find I do them better when I hold onto my dresser, then I can really get my leg up high and then back extended without worry. Gosh I love working out every day with Ms. Fowler!! Thank you. (70 years old here)

I just started your workouts. I do 3 and 4 mile power walking workouts but wanted to add some new routines. I also do weighted bar workouts so I really enjoyed one of your dumbbell routines as well. It’s fun to mix it up and move my body in different ways. Thank you! 😊

I love all your videos. I’m turning 60 soon and these are perfect for me. I have been doing them for a few weeks and already feel more toned. I was going to the gym but got too sick to keep going. These workouts have gotten up and exercising again, given me more energy. I think these workout videos will take the place of going back to the gym!

I ve been on lo-carb for about a year, now keto and time restricted eating for 2 months. Now it’s time to add exercise. I did the 10 min belly fat video and finished this one. I loved it!! I will stick to these kind of workouts as studies show low impact exercises are more effective in toning and burning fat.

Love your workouts. I had cracked two knee bones and I'm healing incredibly well.I'm saventy six and because I am so diligent with my diet, workouts and vitamins, I'm healing incredibly well. Sheila I loved this workout and would love to see More Like this full body workout! Your enthusiasm and motivation with spunk are very Contagious! Love it and just did it and feel great! I am 53 years young and honestly get hard on myself sometimes because it’s like Some in society make you feel like because you get a certain age you have to sit down and just give up. I will not do that however it gets hard sometimes but eating the right foods along with exercise does make a huge different in how you look and feel. Hello Schellea. I wonder if you’ve covered the subject of exercising when unwell in one of your videos? Yesterday I was unwell and just got steps up with gentle walking. I read that exercising with a fever is a no, no and although I felt sick, temp was normal. I felt the need for some good hormones. Today I feel 100% better than yesterday, but still not 100% well. I did this 15 minute workout at my own pace and plan to get a gentle walk in later. You are very encouraging of our efforts and I love that you also encourage kindness. Thank you for your generosity and kindness sharing your videos.
