Well, you can have sugar in moderation. if you can't cut it out entirely, because there are chances you'll end up eating it sometimes more than what you would have eaten it in the long run... as for salt don't go and reduce the salt in your food or cut it out before consulting your doctor first and do... because of the climate we live in we sweat a lot and lose electrolytes means sodium chloride (table salt) and other macro minerals You can cut junk foods which are high in sodium btw please keep those in mind you can follow those excercises if you wanna get premature wrinkles and look aged remember you can't always spot reduce... I'm sorry, but please give informations which are good to layman don't confuse people guys
