This is a drive from Duluth, Minnesota to Two Harbors, Minnesota USA. This drive is all about showcasing the fall leaf colors along the North Shore. The driving takes place during early October when leaves are at 100% peak along Lake Superior.

Well, it’s a rainy day in Florida so here I am watching a road trip from Duluth to Two Harbors that I made 100’s of times in my youth. Once coming back in a blizzard after visiting a girlfriend in Thunder Bay, Canada and another time with my cheap cousin who thought gasoline was a luxury so we ran out after 11 pm close to Tofte, MN. I hitchhiked all the way back to Duluth because no gas stations were open, woke a friend up in the middle of the night, borrowed his car and gas can and drove back. I think it was around 5 am when we got back to Duluth. I believe that was the last time I had anything to do with him. That drive is not as spectacular as the Blue Ridge in North Carolina or the Kancamagus highway in New Hampshire but it was where I grew up and brings back a lot of memories. Like Bob Hope say’s, “Thanks for the Memories”
