I fish Falls lake for the most part. I don't have live scope but search bridges, brush piles etc. I work at it verticle or casting by brush piles but often it's a struggle to boat just a very few...end up long lining to pick up a few. Seems your in open water a lot...the advantages of live scope I'd presume. Thanks for the tips, they have helped!

Thanks for a great video again. In a previous video you said water temperature is one of the most important factors. What temperature would that be? Water at my local lake in Texas is still about 75F. Is this the right range for crappies to be active in the fall?

Yes. Water temp and bait fish. For Texas when water temps get in the 60's the crappie will be in the creek arms in shallower water but can also be found around brush piles on the main lake. 8-15' foot range is a good place to start. All depends on the lake. Hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching!
