Fallout 4 Settlement Base Building Ideas - Lets build! a modern style house in fallout, balcony's, feature wall, pool area and much more, this is experimenting with a different visual style, using the building material available, this is definitely something different, let me know what you guys think!

"Nordhagen beach" man, its not a bad block of land dude, only issue with it is a small shed in the middle that you can't knock down, plenty of potential tho.

I exclusively build 1950s modern concrete and glass homes. I think it keeps with the feel of the game. I have a mod to put glass in the concrete window walls.

Nice design... Try hooking the lights up to 3 different sets of generators and an on off switch terminal... The lights can strobe across the three vertical lines...

When trying to get objects to go threw the foundation blocks, move the block out & place your object(s). After that simply snap your foundation block back into its spot. Not sure y I put simply as we all know it’s not always ez to snap object together.

There is a mod that adds water to your build, I play on ps4 and always wanted to try and build a pool into my settlements, this idea is amazing and well worth playing with lol but have a look for the mod, I think it's called custom vanilla assets and adds tons of in game build materials

if you go to flat ground with a small shack floor and look down when you place it you can spam x and get one directly above the other to make a double thick small shack floor.

also if you remove the concrete foundation at the bottom and line the light boxes up so that they hang just so slightly over the edge of the foundation you can put the concrete back and they will be almost flush with the wall but still visible
