Quick oatmeal bread for a healthy breakfast! flour free, oil free, gluten free
Eat gluten-free and lose weight with pleasure!
The easiest recipe for delicious oatmeal bread for weight loss! NO FLOUR, NO BUTTER, NO CALORIES!
Recipe 1:
1 cup of oatmeal 100 gr.
grind in a blender.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
1/2 cup walnuts.
grind in a blender.
2 tbsp sesame seeds.
1 tbsp flaxseed.
1 egg.
1 glass of yogurt.
Beat with a mixer.
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil.
Add a little water 100 ml.
Add nuts, dried fruit, and seeds to taste.
mold for bread.
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
I added a few sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 360F for 35 minutes.
Let the bread cool completely.

1 zucchini 450 gr.
Grate on a coarse grater.

Soak parchment in water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 360°F for 40 minutes.
Sauce:
1 pack or 120g of yoghurt.
1 tsp mustard.
lemon juice.
1 tsp soy sauce.
a pinch of salt.
2 eggs.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
wash eggs.
Grate on a fine grater.
Garlic.
1 tbsp corn.
1 tbsp Gouda cheese or mozzarella.
cherry tomato.
After 40 minutes.
This bread can be eaten warm.
My glass is 250 ml.
Recipe 3:
Oatmeal.
I use long cooked oatmeal.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
Or in a blender.
