Oatmeal instead of flour, apples and bananas instead of sugar. Insanely delicious and healthy breakfast
Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1.
1 large can of oat flakes or 100 gr.
200 ml water.
Sweetener to taste.
Cinnamon optional.
Vanilla.
Mix well.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
Bananas are a great substitute for eggs.
Beat with a mixer.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
a pinch of salt.
2 tablespoons coconut oil.
Swim at your leisure.
Salt.
½ cup coconut flakes.
Pumpkin.
1 apple.
Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
1 banana.

200 ml milk.
Use milk.
2 eggs.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
2 tablespoons cream or sour cream.

Beat the egg whites.
Beaten egg whites give the cake a fluffy consistency.

An apple in a cake isn't just delicious.
but also incredibly useful.
The thinner you slice the apple, the better.
Grease the pan with coconut oil.

Cut it like in the video.
Fry over low heat for 45 minutes.
The cake can be eaten warm, but I prefer it chilled.
