I'm pausing this video at minute 20. Dr. Osborne, your experience resonates with me to the core. I'm 66, in superb health. Love life every day...but cut my own path in life. Relatives and friends thought I was just a rebel....but, I simply saw life differently they they did. I saw through the thin veil of authority figures, most of whom had achieved their status via mindless regurgitation of dogma. It's so refreshing, finding others that love the truth, and are not simply projecting an image of authority. You, Dr. Osborne, have read knowledge and I thank you for sharing it.

This talk is totally freaking awesome, amazing, and inspiring. I was riveted throughout. You're right, you were suppressed. But somehow I chanced upon you a couple of weeks ago. You bring something new and revolutionary to this field. I subscribed from the first video. I am a bit older, and occasionally "black-pilled." Hoping to live my last years in better health and of some service. You are a true inspiration. May God bless you and reward you for your abundant fruits.

Happy Birthday!! Yes, I'm also separated because of diet choices differences. I'm more health conscious, organic, gluten free, no processed, no packaged, no pizzas,no icecream....but on occasion I'm ok with a little. The other half couldn't keep up with me always wanting to eat the opposite, and I was the cook...I left. I'm much happier now going to my favorite Saturday farmers market buy whatever I like to eat that's good for me, happier now that I can go to a gluten free dairy free coffee shop, I'm happier now that I can meditate without someone making fun of me and disrespecting my 10 minutes of silence , I'm happier now without all those strong poisonous house cleaning products....I'm just happier now I can enjoy gardening, I'm so happier now that I dont have to force myself to eat all those cakes, breads, sweets on sundays breakfast with my ex ....Im so happier now 😘

I blindly did what my Dr.said. Beginning in late1999, I took methotrexate for five years, then plaquinil for four years. All along with intermittent steroids.. and extra pain meds such as gabapentin. I was given high blood pressure meds and deemed to be borderline diabetic..so now came metformin and I only get worse in how I felt. Dr. Encouraged me to take Xanax for what he called my obvious depression.. In 2018, after stomach surgery #2, (I think caused by the meds) I began to do some research and question my drs. They seemed insulted and really just dismissed me. I started withdrawing from the current meds. I began with the metformin and so on. TODAY, I can tell you I feel better. I am using herbs more and no processed or fast food. Low carb diet and just less food altogether. After all, we need more water.

Dr Osbourne So glad you did your rotation in the VA......you learned exactly what I have known since 1980. I have been a quadriplegic since then and have been treated by the SCI section along with various other departments there. Inefficiency is the number one complaint. They do not teach patients proper nutrition....even though there are 'Dieticians' available........they give you sheets of paper with dietary guidelines that are SAD based. Thankfully SCI is somewhat up to date functionally, but the Drs are barely above Student level. Have learned more here on your channel and several others than I have in the prior 43 years at the VA.

Dad managed a grocery store in The fifties and got a call from police at 2 am at home cause he had the keys. Cops said someone got in thru the skylight....you go in and if not out in 3 minutes..well send in an army. He said um. maybe not! Then got his real estate license then brokers and died young from stress, poor diet, etc stc. I learned from this and been a health nut gym rat since 1973. Keep rockin the boat good doctor, cause you are saving human life. Thats the highest and best use for a human in my humble opinion. Ive taken nsaids maybe 15 times in my life. Although a client/patient may not be at all receptive to health advice at a particular time, pleae know that your advice did occupy space in his brain, and even many years later, it may have finally reached him and helped him in a particular moment in time. Almost like a deja vu moment. I often recall small things that I wasn't ready to hear then, but now I am. Does that make sense?

Can’t thank you enough Dr Osborne . I have diabetes 1 with celiac disease , thyroid disease / Hashimoto arthritis and Parkinson’s and God knows what else. ! I’m thinking it’s all because of celiac and not absorbing the good stuff ! The gluten must have destroyed me after suffering all my life with complete exhaustion . Imagine .. now in my 70s with Parkinson’s .. if only Drs were more aware of the health problems from gluten ! It’s amazing that it’s still hard to find a dr unless you are lucky enough to find a functional med dr … so wish you were here in Florida. If you know of a good one near Ocala. Please let me know ! I am looking for all you videos. thank you Thank you ❤

Please check dr. Ken Berry on youtube. His wife reversed Hashimoto. I have celiac disease too with all my life health problems. Dr. Osborne opened my eyes that all grains mimic gluten, and dr. Berry has answers about many other symptoms too.

For the hashimotos, take boron, vitamin k2-mk7 specifically….not the mk4….magnesium and potassium….u might also look into a parasite detox because the tumors on the thyroid associated with hashimotos for some reason will start to shrink if u do a parasite detox which will make ur thyroid start working again…3 years ago the medical industry tried making it extremely difficult for me to get the thyroid pills I needed for hashimotos…so I decided I wasn’t going to play their game any longer and set out to heal my thyroid…well…I did! I have not had to take the pills now for more than 2 years and have healed so much….even my eye sight! Tinnitus is gone…no more bone spurs and my severe hip pain that was debilitating is now gone. If I deviate from my supplements for even a week, I start to feel symptoms again..,I’ll notice deep ridges in my nails as well showing that I’m not getting the nutrients I need from any of the food I eat…and I eat pretty healthy. I use Swanson brand supplements because they’re good quality and have really good prices compared to the crap they sell at the stores..,they’re useless if bought from a store like Walmart. Ascorbic acid that they use is made from black mold…and is toxic for human consumption but is in every commercially sold product at corporate stores..,they’re slowly poisoning us through our food and water and medical industry

I've really enjoyed listening to you this hour. I have sooo many health issues and I'm DEFINITELY trying to be COMPLETELY natural remedies. Most of my issues are due to me being born without a thyroid gland COMPLETELY 👍 They found out when I was just 3 months old that I was born without the thyroid gland. I really would love to call and talk to you about what is happening in my health and what I need to do to get healthy
