I recently shared you and your workouts with a good friend who decided to start with the Bounce Forward program. She's a former ice skater/dancer, a vegetarian, a runner and a brand new Yoga instructor, so very active, but struggling to lose her middle section (menopause sucks). When she was on day 4 of the program, she told me she hasn't felt this good in 8 YEARS and if that's only after 4 days, she can't wait to see how she feels after 4 weeks - she had tears in her eyes because she was so happy and grateful for finding GWJ!

This is my day three! I was in a major depression over the last few months and I gained near 40lbs. Also, today my boyfriend of 15 years broke up with me. I cried for over four hours and by hour seven here I am working out. Thank you so much Jo for these videos❤. You are really inspiring others to accomplish their dreams. I hope to come back to this comment by July 2025 and say I made it! Update: As of October 1st 2024, I'm down 20lbs (183.2lbs).

I started doing these workouts almost a month ago now! I’m down 7 pounds! I just burned 148 calories in 15 minutes. I am addicted to these now. I try to do at least 2 a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. It is better to do 15 minutes than no movement at all! ❤❤❤

I’ve done this routine many times. I love her workouts. I’ve never had sore muscles doing them. That puts me off continuing workouts. That and having to lie on the floor and doing weird postures. You rule , girl.

Hi Jo. I cannot believe that you got me to do this 15 min vlog in the middle of my office at 1.50pm in the afternoon. Forget you young folk, I am 64 and I am loving your videos especiallly your 20min mornining mood boost. Girl , keep doing what your doing. Just found this channel after one of your videos popped into my feed randomly from the algorithm. I’m two weeks post partum and although I’m so proud of and grateful for my body, I don’t even recognise it anymore. I’ve never felt so mentally detached from my own skin, it feels like I’m looking at a stranger when I look in the mirror. I feel guilty saying that I feel so ugly but I really do. Today has been of those non-stop days. I almost didn’t workout. But, I found this little gem! According to my Apple Watch (indoor walk) I walked .74 miles. I burned 128 active calories and 157 total calories.

Just did this workout because I finally feel better from having bad allergies! This was the easiest GrowWithJo workout I have ever done and was the best in getting back into it. ♡ 1,594 steps & 52 calories burned. Will go for a short 10-minute walk in a bit, too.

jo thank you so much! I was quite fit before giving birth to two kids and I was gaining weight and lost my energy because I gained weight and did not want to move. I discovered your workout video about a month ago and now I've developed a habit of doing at least 1 of your workout routines everyday ! I regain my power and my confidence and my health. I started this workout in my scrubs, hair down socks on minus the shoes- I ended up losing the socks, putting the hair up & taking off my bottoms lol what a sight! But I got my amazing workout it!

Hi Jo, it's awesome to be back to sweating woth you! For a few months, I only did workouts outside of KZbin and also left all my fitness groups on FB. I think I had major social media burnout! But I missed your workouts, so here I am... That was a nice lunch break!

What a great quick mood booster! I start work at six a m so I don't really want to work out at four o'clock in the morning. I've made myself promise to do one of these quick workouts every morning and boy do I feel great after!

I wanted to try the 3 mile walk but I am REALLY out of shape and thought that I would try this 15minute workout twice a day. I'm glad I did! I can see that I'm going to have to work my way up to the 3 mile exercise and THATS OK! Thanks Jo

18/7/22 - decided to add in another 15mins to Jo’s 30mins beginner workout. But after no exercise for 5 whole days, I began to feel it towards the end😅 Treated myself to an extra long stretch cooldown after 4/7/22 - added this at the end after Jo’s 45mins Full Body Cardio Dance workout 🔥 Super sweaty and absolutely toast by the end 👍🏼 24/12/21 - ✅ the intensity creeps up on you, but still doable - glad to finish this week’s workout with this 15/12/21 - ✅ 1/9/21 - So I didn’t workout for 10 days… maybe I was lazy? Lost my motivation? Or maybe my body just wanted a break? Finally, got a bit of motivation today, so decided to do this bare minimum of 15 mins; did 10 mins warm up beforehand, then another 10 mins cool down and stretch after, to bring my total workout time to about 35mins. A far cry from my usual 70 - 90 mins workout, but so glad I did it 🤗 Thanks Jo for your lovely and infectious smiles 💖 I will try and do another 15 mins workout with you again tomorrow - like you said; some movement is better than nothing… So, people…. If you fell off the wagon, get back on it with Jo! ❤️🔥
