Hi Tracy, I started using your videos for over a year now, and it made a huge difference in my life. I use this video almost everyday because it gave me really good results, i dropped 2 jeans sizes by following it. I really enjoy your standing Ab routines! I'm 51 and fit but after having 4 kids my abs were not toned. Ab work on the floor really bothers my back. None of your standing abs moves bother my back so I have started trying to tone my abs! Love your encouragement and expanations as well!!

Hi Charlotte! Definitely. Most women find that from the belly button down, that is where it can be more challenging to keep the abdominals flat. This will definitely help:)

I have only done this a handful of times so far... the first day I did it twice.. boy did I ever feel the burn the next day!! Super awesome!! I like the way you explain things... moves are relatively simple.. but very effective!! Thank you so much!!!!

Hi Tracy~ I am a dance fitness instructor and work at a gym. I love mixing up high energy cardio with isolation work just like this! What I most want to thank you for, beside the effective, safe and successful moves that you share, is for being REAL. We are surrounded by all these "motivational" images of enhanced women working out in booty shorts with sweat dripping down their giant DDs. THAT IS NOT WHAT HEALTH & FITNESS IS ABOUT! It makes me crazy for all us regular people out there and especially for the young women in our society who get a warped view of what beauty is! So, THANK YOU!!! ♥

WOW! Thanks for sharing, this is a great ab workout, sure beats planks and floor crunches, I prefer doing ab workouts that move the abs broadly, almost in one movement rather than short, “pulse movements”.

so far i LOVE your videos - not much equipment and not crazy hard that i feel like i cant do all three sets, but i definitely feel my muscles at the end of it. love it so much i find you very easy to take instructions from as well.

I love this ab workout, after 8 kids, I can barely feel my stomach muscles. This workout is really helping to wake them up. I can actually feel them now, which is awesome!

I'm 53 years old and was always injuring myself when going to the gym but I love your flat stomach while standing up routine (no back injury) and also many others. Tracy I'm so glad I posted the review of this work out on my KZbin channel...a couple of my friends tried it and have noticed immediate differences. I reported at the three-week mark, doing this every other day alternating w/ the dancers abs, I had tightened my abs about a half inch. I don't have a lot of fat there but it was kind of formed outward I think from inappropriate form on the floor. I am at five weeks now. My boyfriend commented this week that my abs have never looked better so thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for making my abs looks so great! Hop on the bandwagon ladies!

Love this!!! Just found your channel. I hate doing abs laying down (crunches, sit-ups etc) b/c no matter how hard I try I end up straining my neck or back....these standing abs routines are great!

Hi, My best guess is that you are not drawing in your abs tight enough to support your back. Check out the video: How to get a flat stomach fast! No more doughnut abs which will talk about how to do the "sandwich press" I hope this helps!

I started your standing abs in addition to the best of batwings video I'm 66 and about 100 lbs. I workout everyday run and walk 4 miles. but I really need the toning.. Your video's are great and easy to follow.. Thank you

Hi Kate, I'm so glad you are seeing great results. It depends on your goals. I would make a "cocktail" and focus on different body parts so you are mixing up your workouts:)

I am a dancer and I feel like I get much more of an ab work out when we work our hips rather than laying on the floor. This work out is amazing!! Keep posting 👍

I do this every day, at least two times, and really enjoy it. I think it works differently than other abs exercises, massaging my internal organs, which is super good.

Also these standing workout are great. I have an old hip injury (again preganancy taking its toll on a woman :-) that makes working out lying down pretty painful. Great alternative!

Hi Tracy. I am doing your 2 Bat Wings videos and 2 flat stomach videos daily. You have such a nice voice and appearance, which is so nice since I spend time with you everyday! I also really enjoy your workout style more than anything else I've found on KZbin. Currently, I have a torn ACL and so I am looking for a saddlebags and inner thigh workout that is about 10 minutes...but all lying down. Is there any chance you have a new video coming out like that? +Hannah I No! DON'T do diets!!! Diets just let you starve, and it won't help you. Because of diets you'll eat less food, you'll probobly be hungry all day and because your stomach doesn't have any fat it'll try to keep as much as it can. Your stomach needs fat. Keep eating what you're normally eating, and just keep doing ecercises, go biking or gi run for a while. I hope this wil help you :) And remember: don't do diets

This is a very nice video! But just a tip: you need to count more, and not change randomly the moves. Count the last 8 missing and then you change the move :)

I recently lost a lot of weight in a short period of time and now my skin is quite loose, especially in my arms, neck and face. Will I be able to get rid of this with exercise? If so, do you have any recommendations?

It can take even less time, I love it! I can't do proper on-the-floor crunches because of my surgery but this works!

Hi! I would try YOUR PERFECT BODY FORMULA bc it has tons of workouts geared to tone and get you into shape. There is one cardio workout, but you want to do some cardio for health. I hope this helps. :)

Hi! I LOVE that you said "along with" because you MUST DO ALL THREE! So, if you eat a clean and lean diet, do cardio and do these abs, yes I think you will see results and feel great! I've been getting what feels like doms in the area around my hipbones, but not really anywhere else doing this workout - it's almost like my lower back, but more on my sides, is this something to worry about? Do you have a standing abs routine that will help target the lower abs. My baby pooch will not leave me. I have had 2 c sections and feel like my lower abs are shot. My upper and side abs are looking better and better though thankfully

I really want to try that workout! I really want to get a flat stomach for the holidays which is in two days. Im not fat but I just have that fat on my stomach and I just want to cut it down and make it flat. Is it possible that in 2 days I can get a flat stomach?

Tracy this is awesome, but I'm having trouble holding my hips still. Cant seem to move abs just my from side to side
