I really enjoy your standing Ab routines! I'm 51 and fit but after having 4 kids my abs were not toned. Ab work on the floor really bothers my back. None of your standing abs moves bother my back so I have started trying to tone my abs! Love your encouragement and expanations as well!!

WOW! Thanks for sharing, this is a great ab workout, sure beats planks and floor crunches, I prefer doing ab workouts that move the abs broadly, almost in one movement rather than short, “pulse movements”.

Tracy I'm so glad I posted the review of this work out on my KZbin channel...a couple of my friends tried it and have noticed immediate differences. I reported at the three-week mark, doing this every other day alternating w/ the dancers abs, I had tightened my abs about a half inch. I don't have a lot of fat there but it was kind of formed outward I think from inappropriate form on the floor. I am at five weeks now. My boyfriend commented this week that my abs have never looked better so thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for making my abs looks so great! Hop on the bandwagon ladies!

Hi, My best guess is that you are not drawing in your abs tight enough to support your back. Check out the video: How to get a flat stomach fast! No more doughnut abs which will talk about how to do the "sandwich press" I hope this helps!

I do this every day, at least two times, and really enjoy it. I think it works differently than other abs exercises, massaging my internal organs, which is super good.

Also these standing workout are great. I have an old hip injury (again preganancy taking its toll on a woman :-) that makes working out lying down pretty painful. Great alternative!

Hi Tracy. I am doing your 2 Bat Wings videos and 2 flat stomach videos daily. You have such a nice voice and appearance, which is so nice since I spend time with you everyday! I also really enjoy your workout style more than anything else I've found on KZbin. Currently, I have a torn ACL and so I am looking for a saddlebags and inner thigh workout that is about 10 minutes...but all lying down. Is there any chance you have a new video coming out like that? +Hannah I No! DON'T do diets!!! Diets just let you starve, and it won't help you. Because of diets you'll eat less food, you'll probobly be hungry all day and because your stomach doesn't have any fat it'll try to keep as much as it can. Your stomach needs fat. Keep eating what you're normally eating, and just keep doing ecercises, go biking or gi run for a while. I hope this wil help you :) And remember: don't do diets

This is a very nice video! But just a tip: you need to count more, and not change randomly the moves. Count the last 8 missing and then you change the move :)

Hi! I would try YOUR PERFECT BODY FORMULA bc it has tons of workouts geared to tone and get you into shape. There is one cardio workout, but you want to do some cardio for health. I hope this helps. :)

I've been getting what feels like doms in the area around my hipbones, but not really anywhere else doing this workout - it's almost like my lower back, but more on my sides, is this something to worry about?
