I do your exercises everyday and its been three-four weeks i see tremendous changes. I could not do them without pausing all the time. But this week I have done them with you without stopping up to the end

Great Question! That should be sufficient...it really depends on your current level. For most challenge, do this 2x then do flat stomach. Good luck and wishing you amazing results!

I just recently subscribed, so I wonder if you have a video explaining the breathing involved in the abdominal exercises and if it's important when to inhale or exhale. I try to follow you, but get caught up and find myself exhaling when I should be inhaling. Is there a certain technique to master it, or is it really that important.

I would start with really simple ab exercises, such as my BACK TO BASIC ABS exercise video on youtube. Also, try doing very simple crunches until your transverse abdominus gets a little stronger. You may also want to be sure that you don't have diastastis recti, which is quite common after childbirth.

Quick question... They say u can't lose fat in one spot and so u should also do cardio workouts... Should u do cardio workouts before or after u workout???

I see so many studies that say you cannot spot reduce so how will this be effective? I've recently lost quite a bit of weight and this is a problem area that doesn't seem to be reducing as much as other parts of me so wanted to know how these "target" exercises really worked?

Hi Christine, what you have read is TRUE! YOu can't spot reduce however a balanced fitness program should have BOTH cardio and toning work, and this is a toning exercise. Coupled with cardio it will help you to flatten your belly! Try it and keep me posted! xo

It really hurts my neck no matter how I do it when I put my hands behind my head even if they are barely touching my head. I think its because of the way I tense my neck but I can't help that so can I do the same move but just put my arms straight down my sides but raises above to mid thigh level and do it that way or is it less effective? Or do u have another way I could do it without putting my arms behind my head or neck? Thanks

I have quite the baby "pooch" I have been doing 20 minutes of crunches pretty religously for last couple months I feel like my top abs are strong but the lower abs aren't going anywhere . Does that seem right for crunches? I am going to incoporate this into my daily workout as I love how your arms exercises are really making my arms feel strong ( have alot to work through with that ) But also wanted to know what you would suggest for the rather unattractive "back boobs.

Iv never had strong stomach muscles which was made worse after a c-section with my first child. I'm holding my stomach in but as soon as I try to do the exercises it seems to pop right up and I can only hold it back in place when I bring my legs back up close to my body. What am I doing wrong

I wandered if you could help me with the amount of calories i should eat and the amount of excersise as i want to tone . im a little scared to eat more if i dont need as i don't want to gain weight now im at a healthy weight. but i think the restriction diet may be what is stopping my menstrual cycle. I like your workouts very much! Short and effective! Only one comment, when you count reps, e.g.. from 1 to 10, I think psychologically, it is better to count backward, i.e. 10, 9, 8, .....1; this is a small thing, but it works, you able to see the end....
