Just discovered your channel and love it! The exercises can be performed without equipment or weights which is very convenient. I'm 70 years old and due to cancer and an injured knee and should surgery, regular exercises are not a good match but thus far I can follow your routine. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing exercises that can be done easily with any age. Hopefully I can lose the five extra pounds that have haunted me for several years.

Hi Tracy....I just found your videos, and did the batwings, back stretch and now the standing abs. I'm 58, have all over arthritis, have had 4 back surgeries and 1 neck in the past 6 years so I've made excuses to exercise. Girl, not anymore. These are quick, doable, and I'm sticking with you. Thanks so much for your upbeat personality and creating these.

So very happy I found you. Didn't subscribe at first and had a hard time finding again. But now I'm subscribed and can't wait. Standing abs are so much easier and more effective for me. Lost 22 lbs about 18 months ago, and then gained 16 of it back during the shut down. On the road to regaining my muscle tone and flexibility lost along the way. This series is just perfect. Thanks!

This is awesome! I just did it and I am out of breath and glistening! I struggle with ab work on the floor because I have extremely tight shoulders so it really hurts my neck even with proper form. This way I get to strengthen my abs without the tension headaches and without hurting my back. THANK YOU!!

Just have to tell you..I spent two hours digging a garden yesterday and I attribute the fact that I woke up in no pain to your exercises, specifically the standing abs..sandwich press. Of course everything, but for me I previously suffered great back problems. I have to thank you. I am 58 and I have ABS for the first time in my LIFE! It didn't take long either...2 weeks and I had abs.
