Hi Jason. Some people say that when you fast, your body starts taking from your structural fat and also your collagen. This makes a person look drawn and older. As a female, I would like to fast to lose the extra 40 lbs I have, but I sure don’t want to look older and drawn when I finally reach my goal weight. Can you do a video on whether these claims are true or not. People also say that fasting makes a woman’s hormones tank. Is that true? Again, if you could do a video on that, all us females would be grateful. Thank you.

I've been doing 16:8 IF since 2018. I am 61 and my cholesterol and triglycerides are low on my blood tests. So, no IF does not cause issues with fat deposits in the arteries. I am getting another blood test in 2 weeks to see if it improved.
