Thank you for doing so many quiet workouts. I broke my pelvis four months ago and I can do most of your moves. I love being able to safely get my heart rate up! I used your sitting workout for the first few months of my recovery. You are awesome!

Found my comment for this video from a year ago or so. WOW, it's a testament to myself that I kept going on my fitness journey because I can now complete the whole video!! I definitely sweat and get that heart rate up, but I can finish and feel good after working out. Thank you Jessica for your wonderful videos!!

well this was my first ever workout with Jessica smith. I do a lot of Ellen Barrett barefoot fusion workouts. THis one I had sweat pouring off of me. I thought I would not make it through. But I did, Look forward to doing more of her workouts.

I paused the video for 30 seconds to caught breath and drink water every 12 minutes. I kept having to convince myself to keep going, but I did the whole thing and I feel good. I really needed a good sweat. I love that you have workouts for all fitness levels. Thank you for your hard work. You are so encouraging and realistic.

I have been doing JS workouts 4 times a week for about 4 weeks and this one really raises my heart rate. Just because it says quiet barefoot don't let it fool you, it's a GREAT workout!! Thanks Jessica for all your videos!

I'm recuperating from a week long flu with asthma, and sinusitis, and antibiotics so i wanted to do something low impact since this is the first exercise I have done in 10 days. Holy Moly! At first my body was getting a little intimidated but this has made my lungs and nasal passages feel amaaaziing!!! I can finally smell, and breathe deeply and it's helping clear out everything. THANKS JESSICA!!

I always come back your workouts. All the trendy, high intensity stuff hurts my sciatica. Your workouts are intense but balanced. My big mainecoon cat is "helping" like Peanut :)

Wow! I seriously didn’t think I would burn that many calories or sweat that much considering the title says low impact. Boy was I wrong! Low impact does NOT mean easy. lol. This workout was great! Fitbit said I burned 309 calories and what surprised me the most was that I spent 14 minutes in peak heart rate zone! Awesome! Thank you Jessica for letting me sparkle (a lot! 😅) with you! 😁💪🏻👍🏻

Fun workout Jessica! My husband and I are on holiday this week and he's heard so much about Peanut and he finally got to experience her. He kept coming in during my workout to see what Peanut was up to. So Peanut now has a new fan :)

I love your workouts. I am pregnant and a week and a half until my due date and I been doing your workouts all through pregnancy. There are a lot of workouts to chose from. Thank you. So glad I found these work outs. much more fun than the elliptical.

SO GLAD I FOUND THIS! I had a nasty spill down some concrete stairs a couple of weeks ago that left me with an ankle sprain and a really bad scrape on top of my foot. The sprain is better, but the scrape is making it difficult to wear my sneakers! So glad I found some barefoot cardio so I can stay in shape while my foot heals up!

This is one of my favorites of all time! With foot problems I was worried I couldn't work up a sweat but I am SO thankful to have found you (and Peanut) Please know how much you are helping people who want to get a great workout but otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity if not for your videos.

I have been doing your work outs for at least a year now. Thank you so much! I have to stay fit for myself, my job and most of all to keep up with my 7 and 10 year old nieces! I really love your instructions and encouragement. Just when I am about to slouch you give a tip! I never have to "recuperate" from your work outs! Looking forward to 2017 being fitter and stronger. Did this wonderful workout again today. I added it to my Walk Strong Plan for the day as a substitute for one of the original DVD routines and to get a dose of the fabulous peanut who always makes me smile. This is tougher than it looks. Thanks Jessica.

Another lovely barefoot cardio fusion workout. I love going to Tabata Boot Camp but Jessica's ballet and barefoot fusion workouts are wonderful to do on those other days. I feel I have had a great workout and a good stretch and have the energy to enjoy my day. Nice to see Peanut in good form too. My cat always loves to join me on the mat to ensure I do it correctly of course.

You're tricky, Jessica!! Don't let the title of this workout fool you!! It's just as challenging as a HIIT workout, but lots of fun!! I loved the music and sound....great job Jessica!! Will definitely do this one again!

Thanks so much for this, Jessica! I needed a good quiet workout at 1am. My 6-year-old son who was sleeping 3 ft away from where I was working out was none the wiser, yet I managed to work out a nice sweat! Mission accomplished!!!

Love this workout. Great for my knees and gets me sweating - really struggled towards the end, but good old Peanut put a smile on my face when he joined in and got me through to the end! Thank you Jessica and Peanut!

Thanks for the workout Jessica! I did the first one and can't wait to try this one. These types of workouts along with the ballet inspired ones are my favorite. I've tried HIIT and can do those types of workouts but they don't make me feel great. These types leave me energized and feeling awesome! Thanks for the workouts and your encouragement. I feel guilty when I skip those hardcore cardio workouts but I'm so glad to hear these can be just as beneficial/effective.

So much I love about this video. The presentation, music, exercises, barefooted, low impact, pulse raising, sweat inducing, and best of all...PEANUT! I'm 250 and recently developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot, so your video was a TREASURE to find! I didn't finish it, only did 3/4, but it's my first time. I believe I'll be sticking with your workouts! TY so much!!!

I only got up to half of the video and I had to take frequent breaks. Previous attempts at a healthier lifestyle I would beat myself up for bot being able to complete a workout. But this time around I won't. I am very proud of myself for attempting this. I am drenched in sweat, and I will repeat this tomorrow. Thanks for making an effective quiet cardio.

Day 3 done. I always loved the tempo of the first cardio fusion low impact workout. It's hard now to choose which one I like better. Anyway #2 is a perfect total body workout leaving me feeling refreshed rather than exhausted. Great! Couldn't resist the temptation to try out the new postnatal cardio video. I thought the movement might be too much for Arabella but she really seemed to enjoy it. Another winner! Thanks Jessica.

I love the tempo of today's workout. Makes you feel as though you're not really stressing yourself much but it's a good workout all the same. Since I was in that kind of mood I followed it with cardio mat fusion #1. Now I feel so relaxed and contented and ready to face the day to day stresses of life in Nigeria!

I laughed when I saw this title. Jessica, you saved my exercise life recently when I was in Paris for three weeks. I've been living in a house for 30 years and it never occurred to me that I would have downstairs neighbors who would complain. Well, I did in my Paris apartment, and they were ready to get the landlord to kick me out. And then my son managed to tip the coffeemaker over on my laptop (which I was using to play workout DVDs) and now I had nothing to play them with. Anyway, long story short, I already had one of your DVDs and knew about your KZbin workouts, but had NO IDEA how many you had. I played them every morning on my iPad while looking out my huge window overlooking the Seine :) I did all the low-impact, barefoot barre-type stuff at 6 in the morning and managed to avoid conflict with my crabby downstairs neighbor. You were such a blessing, and now that I'm back, I'm still loving your workouts ... I've gotten spoiled working out in bare feet!

jessicasmithtv I just wanted to say thank you for the effort and thought you put into your workouts. I developed fibromyalgia in my early 20's, and suddenly couldn't run anymore. I'm always looking for something low impact that will keep me in good shape, which is so important. Your videos often hit the mark! Thanks again. :)

This workout was really great. I loved that it was low impact for a change, but once again still challenging. It is nice to feel good after a workout and I also enjoy the ballet inspired movements.

Fall Fitness Challenge 2014 - Day 25: I really enjoy these barefoot low impact routines which are still very high in intensity. A colleague commented yesterday that I looked a little slimmer. I told her I owed it all to JSTV...thank you, Jessica and Peanut!

I'm recovering from an ankle injury and I can't do any jumping or running, so this workout save me because I can't stand a day without exercising! I love your attitute and your enthusiasm. To be honest I didn't think that I would be sweathing like i'm now!!. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!

Very graceful, I loved this. I have thyroid disease so I need workouts that are fluid and non jarring as my joints and muscles hurt daily. I really enjoy the low impact and bare workouts.

this one definitely worked up a sweat for me. Because of a sore knee I did alter a couple of the lunging ones, remaining in a squat and focusing on my upper body. Also, the passes could easily be done holding onto a wall or table edge with one hand (i did that for my less stable side and was able to do the twisting upper body). I think this is my favorite of these quiet cardio videos.

Before I did the workout I thought that the Cardio Mat Fusion #2 sounded like a day off. I was so wrong! It was a great workout that was an amazing cardio experience with no jumping and great movements!! Loved it!

Yayyyy. Day 25 done. Did this with today's day 26 as I was just too tired yesterday. Maaaan did I sweat. Really enjoyed it. I managed to do the plank part of the routine and realised that I am getting stronger in my upper body and my core. Woo hoo!!!! This challenge has been really enjoyable and having you take the time to answer every one of our posts when we check in must add so much to your work load but it helps to motivate us to keep going. I know it helps me to keep turning up every day. Thank you so much for the time you take out to encourage us. WONDERFUL workout! You held my attention, & so clearly explained the movements that I didn't feel like a fool! I've been using "Senior"-type cardio vids (i'm 29!) since I always strain my knees and had an injury to my side recently - but nothing ever holds my attention, I've tried so many and end up off on my own, dancing around the room. I stuck with this to the bitter end and actually broke a sweat (I never sweat!) Perfect moves and I feel amazing. THANK YOU! I'll be doing this from now on, and will check out more of your vids :)

Got my Cardio Core Walk in. I have a feeling that I might feel some of that hard work tomorrow. It's all good! Especially loved the music and sunny, poolside location on a frigid January day.

Love this workout! It is great for days I want to get good cardio with just a bit of toning, without over doing it. Though, I don't know about anyone else, the chair pose exercises near the end ALWAYS kill me!! Thank you as always Jessica for a fun, uplifting workout!

Love these workouts when my body is sore. It burns a ton of calories without doing damage to muscles that are overworked! This kind of workout gets me moving on days I don't feel like it! Thank you!!

Did this yesterday morning and it has such a feel good fun factor. I sweated up a storm too. I wore a hr monitor and my cal burn was similar to what I burn in the same amount of time with more grueling hiit type workouts--AND I was all stretched out and feeling great at the end. Yes! I will be returning to this again and again.

Thank you so much for this. This is so relevant now with lockdowns all over the world. Like everyone else, I'm staying put at home but I still need my workouts, to move my joints, sweat toxins out, need happy hormones to stay sane. Love the cute distraction, courtesy of Peanut.

Hi Jessica! I Love this - it was an ace workout! I am recovering from spinal surgery so low impact is ideal from me :) I get a sweat on, without hurting my back! And that is all thanks to you! I just wanted to let you know that even all the way in the UK your low impact workouts are wonderful and they are playing a part in my recovery! Thank you so much, your really giving me so much! x (also Peanut is super cute and makes the workouts!)

Came home late tonight, and didnt want to wake anyone and found this video. I really enjoyed it, I didn't find it too hard but my heart rate did go up and I did sweat a little. It's hard for me to have a incredibly challenging workout that is still quiet but this did exactly what I needed.

I am a little behind on the Aug Class List. Have not been feeling so good for a few days but decided today was the day to get back into it. I feel great after that workout. Thanks for all your motivation :) You always keep me going!

I did this one today instead of walking. I loved it!!! Totally sweating and I fell worked but not exhausted. I enjoy the 15 min ones, but I feel like they're not enough to make a difference in my body. I only have about five lbs to get rid of, it's mostly toning that I'm focusing on, but it tends to take my body a while to kick in before I notice any changes.

Loved this workout. I's amazing how using big arm movements raise you heart rate- according to my fitbit it went up 20 beats. Working out with you is always fun- thank you!

Whoa! Low impact, but challenging. It surprised me. My legs were burning when i did this workout ( together with 20-minute ultimate belly fat burning workout ). Thanks, Jessica. As always i love it. And enjoyed it a lot.

I agree with the others- I enjoy these workouts as well. I feel just as great when I do your barefoot cardio videos either for my main workout or even on a recovery day. They are fun and they make me feel awesome!

Day 42 with Jessicasmithtv. Such a great workout. I loved it - great flow. I admit I did jump during the "jump squats" though as it was so much fun. Worked up a sweat and got the heart going as well.

I decided to do this workout today because I substituted a "what I thought was a higher cardio workout" yesterday to only realize when I did this today it was almost more cardio than the abs bun and thigh walk. Crazy but I feel awseome. I will do the abs workout later this afternoon followed by a stretch video. :You never cease to amaze me with your low impact cardio workouts. Thanks Jessice:)

I really liked this workout too. I'm too used to HIIT workouts, but I've heard that it's not good to just do high intensity stuff, and low intensity is also great, for not working your body too hard. I might not feel much until tomorrow, but I did manage to sweat and I look forward to having a well-rounded workout regiment consisting of HIIT, low-intensity cardio, strength training and flexibility training. All from JessicaSmithTV :)
