what a pleasant surprise. I’ve tried two workouts on this channel and they both work for my body condition perfectly. I’ve been struggling with long covid for 5 years and been putting off exercises coz I couldn’t find any guidance online. Then I stumbled upon this channel when I searched for pelvic floor exercises. I am so surprised that the channel fits perfectly to my condition. Looking forward to a faster recovery.

Jessica, Thank you so much for all of your videos. I am 3.5 years PP, but I didn't realize until a few months ago that I have Diastasis Recti. Thank you for your videos! I did your workouts regularly throughout pregnancy and will now continue them postpartum. I swear they made a big different in a smooth and quick delivery and helping baby be in an ideal position. :)

You should be able to. Clearance is usually 6-8 weeks for postpartum exercise. Double check with your provider if you aren't sure 💕
