Thank you! I loved how you combines whole body movements and stretches: us breastfeeding mom's typically complain about shoulder and neck pain, but the truth is that we sit around all day long nursing that we forget how stiff our hips and legs have become.

This is so good! I'm not breastfeeding any more but my back hurts from carying my 10kg 1 y/o around. This is the second day in a raw with these excercises and it feels great! I hope to be able to do it at least every other day. Thank you so much Jessica!

I did it one month postpartum for a good two weeks and then had to stop due to a surgery. This is the first time back and man I didn't realize how stiff I had gotten from not doing it for a couple weeks. My body thanks you. :)

Love this class so much and it hits the spot as I am a breastfeeding mum with lots of back and neck pain, however I only managed to do a complete one twice as my 3 months old is not giving me the time, would be SUPER to have a 15 min class similar to this one ?? ❤❤❤

This was the first workout of yours that I did postpartum. About 36h after delivering, back was really starting to spasm up trying to stay on top of breastfeeding and this felt so amazing, thank you 🙏

I’m Im 4 months postpartum and my shoulders and back hurt. I never thought it could be because of breastfeeding. I’ve been doing pilates and it’s not getting any better. I’ll try this today. 😊

Lol well, I'm just over 1 week pp and I definitely replaced and modified A LOT (lunges, warriors, even bird dogs hurt) but a lot was soo good for my neck and back 💙💙💙 thanks for this

This was just what I needed today. I’m postpartum one year and still breastfeeding. I was just feeling really tight and sore in my neck and shoulders and this really helped me loosen up and relax. Thank you!
