same i have a much lighter flow where i can wear my regular pajamas and the blood that does come out i can just wash it then its clean again :)

The cramps are what always get me /: can never find a way to get comfortable. I’m usually a stomach sleeper but I don’t wanna like put extra pressure on my belly and make it worse, ya know? But then again sometimes pressure helps. Just find myself tossing and turning for hours trying to get comfortable. Super annoying
