Tried it and it turned out amazing…it has improved my digestion as well. Can we use jowar flour too instead of ragi? Can jowar flour also be fermented just like ragi flour?

Hi, glad the recipe is helpful. For my family too, this recipe has been a gane changer as far as digestion is concerned. Well, you can try it with any millet. I have shared another ambali recipe with foxtail millet. I prefer ragi, kodo and foxtail, though my mom makes it with all millets alternatively. For jowar, there's a risk of it going bad quickly so keep an eye on it.

No, fermentation is always at room temperature.. .. Keep it for fermentation for as long as it takes you to set curd
