I have fibromyalgia I’m holidaying in a much warmer climate, it’s improved my pain heaps. The last few days the weathers changed it’s cooler and raining. I started to feel some extra pain, then I cooked dinner for a large group of people, I was in the kitchen for hours. Today I’m in a heap of pain, wrists back hips, buttocks knees and ankles. I’ve gone backwards. 🤷♀️ I do have a problem with pacing myself. Joe’s doing a great job in helping people, I’m listening. Thank you team.

This popped up on my home page at a really good time. I have a lot to look into and a lot to think about, but I really wanna say as someone with fibromyalgia, thanks for making efforts to really see us and include us. ❤️

Really great. Thanks for having Joe on, I've got a number of physical problems including fibromyalgia and didn't know there were trainers out there who understood from personal experience. I connected with so much of what he said. Now I know where to go.

Would love to connect with Joe. I also suffered from fibromyalgia and was able to reverse it with nutrition, supplementation, movement and interventional therapies like near range infrared.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a rheumatologist, I didn’t have to have all these pressure points. He listened to my pain history, and where my pain was, he told me no meds will will take away the pain, they take the edge off, and suggested to do Tai chi every day. I just found this video, and I’m very interested in what Joe Reid has to say.
