Holy crap, between these and some nerve flossers i learned in another one of your videos I'm feeling instant relief! Wasn't expecting to feel some sort of results so soon. I stretch a lot now days to try to help with pain but these really targeted some problem areas in a way i didn't know how to. Thank you so much! Will gently implement these into my routine!

Omg, thank you so so much Dr. Jo! I’ve been in constant pain in and out, and all exercises seemed to make it worse… but the ones you showed - these are amazing! I instantly felt relief and was able to sit thru the work day almost without any pain🎉 One a side note - do you have any recommendations for people with increased mobility (not as severe as EDS) and weak muscles? I feel like it’s a constant loop of trying to get stronger yet instead reinjuring myself 😢

You're welcome! I'm glad they helped. Do you have access to a pool? Often aquatic therapy (not swimming, but exercising in the pool) can be beneficial because you can get the movement and strengthening without the impact that can sometimes cause flare ups.

Got excited to see something specifically for my illness. Had yet to hake muscle relaxers & sit with the heating pads first. Went lil too quick and caused a flare :( Mr. Bear IS a handsome devil.

I have osteoporosis and have read that I shouldn't bend at the waist or twist. I think it feels great, and your stretches look wonderful for my fibro. What are your thoughts?

It really just depends on how severe it is and where it is, so unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.

Hi from last three years due to anxiety my chest muscles stiff and it’s very pain full I don’t know what exactly going with me doc did my endoscopy colonoscopy my ph monitor test all results are normal they just give me anti acid my muscles pain is still very bad and any kind that of food what I am eating it’s difficult to digest and I have pain in my chest middle area plz help me know I am over 25 week pregnant and it’s worse
